“I couldn’t decide whether to go here or Advance, and idk who they’ve got elsewhere, but I stopped here on chance, and this guy Connor helped me change the tail light and top off low oil for my Harley that I’m just learning maintenance on. He needs a raise!! Kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful—I can tell he is passionate about his job! He gave me a whole lesson on my engine (which I did ask for; he was not mansplaining, lol) and made sure he took care of me and another young customer who was also learning about his truck. I think the other guy on duty must have just been tired… 😂 Idk. I like to assume people are always doing their best, but Connor was single-handedly making O’Reilly’s some money. Will always come back when in PCB!!”
