“I had the MOST AMAZING experience with chris and nick at the beach location. I have been a Verizon customer for over 3 yrs and I was so sick of the hidden fees, the bs, the bad customer service and never getting help when I'd go to a store. So, I decided I'd try t mobile and I am so happy w the switch. Chris was helpful and beyond accommodating while I was in the store, helped with billing, codes, transfers, and got everything ready for nick to take over and start doing our switch from Verizon to t mobile. We also got internet and it was by far the best thing I could've done since I have had wow for over a yr and they're absolutely terrible where we live.
