I walked in the door the lady at the counter, I failed to remember her name right now was extremely helpful, they got my car almost immediately in and while they were working on it, she went over my Carfax with me and made some suggestions. The gentleman who brought my keys out, brought to my attention that my tire was completely bald and separating, and was not safe to be driving at all, in addition to my serpentine belt that was just almost gone and another issue with my oil valve cover leaking. She never gave up and was so patient with me, she will work with you and boy she is good at what she does. She can sell ice to an Eskimo, truly a wonderful representative of this dealership. She is knowledgeable, straight to the point, and most importantly, she is a genuine person who will make you feel so loved and comfortable through the whole process. Chris the manager was phenomenal, he greeted me and made sure i was taken care of with any issues and made sure to answer every question. I’ve walked in to many dealerships, managers usually don’t introduce themselves and make you feel seen, Chris made sure to make himself just as involved and this was a game changer.

Brandon is SO good with communication and customer service. He keeps you updated, answers questions, and just makes the whole process feel easy.
Mark is very matter-of-fact, knows exactly what needs to happen, and gets it done. No runaround, no making things more complicated than they need to be. I appreciate that so much.
And Matt really went the extra mile for me this last time. He stayed a little late so I could make it there to pick up my car and did a few extra things that he absolutely didn’t have to do, but made my life so much easier.

After they fully diagnosed my car they found my transmission was fine but I needed a full tune-up & few more things done. “I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience I had with Simply Automotive Repair. I came in with a list of maintenance and a few concerns I wanted checked, and instead of just selling me everything on the list, they had the mechanic actually look the car over and confirm what made sense to do. One thing I really appreciated is that they offer a $99 diagnostic to get to the root of the problem, and if you move forward with the repair, that fee is removed from the bill. That made the whole process feel a lot more fair and straightforward. They got me in on short notice, handled everything the same day, and took care of the catch-up maintenance I needed, including spark plugs, fluid services, the drive belt, fuel injection service, and checking the brakes and rotors. Their labor rate and parts were very reasonable, and I never felt pressured into anything unnecessary. Kerry, the owner, was straightforward, easy to work with, and made the whole experience feel a lot more personal than what you usually get at a repair shop. These guys may not be right off the main road, but they were top of the line to work with, and I’d gladly bring my car back here.”
