Despite them being busy, they were able to look at our tire within 20 minutes, fixed it within another 10 minutes, demonstrating caring professionalism. “In my 74 years, I've yet to find an auto repair shop that I TRUST more than Gagnon's. Jason & his team very professional, courteous, timely and offer fair pricing. They also don't repair or replace items ( like dealer & other repair shops do) that don't need to be. Great work Jason! Thank you!”

“I'm a few weeks late with my review, but GOD BLESS Southern Tire for helping my stranded husband off 231 in his company truck. We didn't know they had a service where the repair comes to you.😍 They brought my husband a new tire and did all the work on the road side. 2 great fellas that had him back on the road in 40 min. Now THAT'S service. Thank you guys for getting my husband home on time even with this mishap. 🙋🏻♀❤”

“I needed a tire for my daughter's car that had a blowout near the library. My father and brother had both recommended going to Corner Tire Store, so I decided to give them a try since they were nearby. They had the new tire mounted and balanced and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes after I walked in. They gave me a good price with excellent service. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on.”

“In August 2026, I was visiting a friend of mine who lives in Panama City Beach. I live in Georgia, about 130 miles away. My trip to PCB was uneventful, but when I arrived at her home, for some reason, the linkage in my automatic transmission went out completely. I called a towing company and my friends husband suggested Randy's to me as the place to repair my car. By now it was nearly noon on a Friday. The shop was extremely busy but somehow Randy managed to fix my vehicle so that I could safely return home that night. Because of a couple of other glitches that he could not repair at that specific time, he didn't even charge me for the service. Even though I know they worked on my car for hours! He brought some things to my attention so that I could inform the mechanic we usually use. I can't say enough good things about this company. I don't live in that area, but if I did, I would definitely be a return customer.”

“My 2014 Rogue has had an intermittent AC problem for the past year. Working for awhile and then not blowing anything. 2 different shops looked at it and said it was ok. Finally took it to Jim at Diagnostic Tune and Auto Air and he diagnosed the trouble quickly and fixed the issue within 3 hours the same day while I waited and charged a very reasonable rate. I am very pleased with his professionalism and showing me what the problem was. I will definitely be a returning customer for any future auto work I need done!”

“I had traveled from Tennessee down to Panama City Beach for a vacation when I had a flat tire. I telephoned Michael Workman Senior at Goodyear in Panama City about repairing my flat. When I showed up at the Goodyear store, Michael and his men were total professionals. They fixed my flat and mounted my wheel back on my truck. I’ve never had such a good service in such a quick amount of time at the best possible cost to me for repairing a flat tire in my life. So if any of you out there are in the need of car work or tires please go by and see Michael and his mark. Be sure and ask Michael about all of his old collectible cars that he’s had and probably to his regret has sold over the years. It was a great conversation with Michael about old muscle cars While I waited for his man to fix my flat. I’m not sure if it was because he’s an original Tennessee man or just in his nature to be such a good honest man, but whatever it is, it works for him. Thank you for the service Michael.”

“I recently had a fantastic experience with Hewett while on vacation near PCB. I needed an odd size tire, and after getting the runaround from several chain stores, Hewett came to the rescue. They quickly found the right tire, got me back on the road, and saved our vacation! Their service was fast, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend them if you need reliable tire service.”

“My son visited Pops Tires twice in the recent future and recommended them to me. I visited them Saturday 12/6/2025 and let me say...they are very friendly and treat you like family. My truck work was going to take several hours and my business is about 1 mile away..so I told them I was calling an Uber..and they offered to take me to my shop! Outstanding....plus when I met the techs in the work area to bring them the lug nuts for the new wheels...they are just a friendly and accommodating as the sales persons in front and went so far beyond typical experiences i have had in my life with some auto repair shop techs...that i tipped each tech! That says a lot about an owner. I also had the privilege to meet Pop, the owner, and I see where his staff get their demeanor! Pop is a cool guy, showed me his scale model collection and other neat wall art of cool auto related stuff. AAA+ i highly recommend Pops Tire Service & Diagnostic (PTSD) in Panama City, Florida whether you are a local or a visitor!”

“Very helpful staff. My only complaint is when I asked a employee about maybe bringing back the premier chocolate/ peanut butter flavor. Instead of checking on it for me. I was just told I'd have to order it online. I don't understand that part. I spend at least 500-1,000 bucks a week with y'all. Can yall please bring it back.”
