They were so helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions...I never even went to their store and they were able to help me find just what I needed. The owner was so kind and responsive. Since I'm from out of state, I had a limited time for delivery and they were able to work around MY schedule...they were on time and did an amazing job putting everything together. “Awesome staff and wonderful fashion and home goods. Also easier for returns. If you use your target red card you get 5% back plus the skin and price match anything so make sure to scan barcodes as you shop do you can save even money. They do however need more checkers instead of the self check out but I guess that's the way the futures headed.”

Instantly I knew this person was different than most of the customer service people I have spoken to in the past. This young man listened and genuinely seemed to care about my dilemma! I have been involved in customer service my entire adult life and I can assure you that this was an exceptional example of the right way to handle every guest that calls your business or walks through your doors. They did not have the product that I needed so but I was able to get what I needed because Kyle searched other locations to find what I was looking for. Well done, Kyle!!”

“This Target location looked way smaller from the outside . Once inside it was the same size as others I've visited. We came to pickup a few things while we were staying in the area. The store was neat. There were price check stations throughout the store! I utilized them a few times during our visit. We were able to grab snacks and a few other essential items. Staff we encountered were cordial. I'll visit here again whenever I'm back in the PCB area.”

“Really loved being able to look around the store getting ideas. I was greeted when I entered then left alone to 'do my thing.' I was approached later to see if I needed support and advised to engage with them as I needed. I fully appreciate this. When I was ready, they were very helpful to answer all my questions. After reading all the unkind posts, you have to wonder if those visiting the stores had the issue. Just because you aren't from this part of the country and have a lot of money to spend doesn't mean you are right. What's posted was not my experience at all and unfair.”

“I purchased a living room sectional from Hanks in 2020. I needed to replace a corner piece do to wear and tear in a rental property near the beach. My Sales person Kevin, was extremely helpful locating the exact piece to fit and matched the color perfectly. He contacted management and they helped me with pricing. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from both the Salesman and the management team. I will be back to purchase more furniture at Hank's for my home in the future.
