We were having a difficult time finding exactly what we wanted anywhere for our dining room tables & Heather helped us put together a beautiful “custom order” for around the same or less than retail/showroom prices! We got the styles, chairs, colors, fabrics,& finishes that we were looking for. We purchased several other pieces from the store (dresser, mirror, decor) as well, as they have such beautiful, quality furniture & unique decor items. “I don’t often write reviews but I would like to give a huge shout out to World Market regarding their ceramic cups. I came home one day after shopping and accidentally brought a huge spider in with me, freaking out I caught the spider under a black world market ceramic cup (name was on the bottom of the cup) and slipped a paper underneath. As I taking the spider outside under the black ceramic cup, the spider SLIPPED OUT somehow and started crawling towards me on the paper. Not only did I THROW the paper I also THREW the cup. The CUP DID NOT BREAK! So a summary of my review is not only did world market save me from a spider, they sell very stable cups.”

We purchased a Polywood bar-height table and two swivel high-top chairs, and the entire experience was excellent from delivery through setup. The team that delivered the furniture was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They assembled the table, placed everything where we wanted it, and made sure the setup looked right before they left.
What really stood out was the extra service. They noticed our existing white high-top chairs needed some cleaning and, without charging anything extra, scrubbed them with a bleach and Dawn soap solution. They looked brand new afterward. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a huge difference.
We have always enjoyed shopping at Factory Direct Furniture, and this delivery was another reminder of why. Great products, great service, and a team that clearly cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend.”
