“I just started my relationship with The Print Shop INC in Panama City Beach, and I honestly could not be happier with how things turned out. I’m an author currently preparing to launch two books in June, while also raising a non-speaking autistic child at home, so I have an incredible amount on my plate right now. During the beginning of this process, there was also an employee transition at the shop because the original person I had been working with had left.

Unfortunately, there was a major misunderstanding with one of my banner orders — and it actually turned out to be completely my fault. I believed I had sent detailed written instructions explaining exactly what I wanted on the banner, but after going back through my emails, I realized I had only sent the graphic assets and never actually included the instructions themselves.

At the time, I genuinely thought the print shop had missed my requests, and I reached out very frustrated and confused. What stood out to me most was Rachel’s professionalism, patience, and kindness throughout the entire situation. Instead of becoming defensive or dismissive, she treated me with so much grace and understanding while we worked together to figure out what had happened. Even when I was convinced I had sent everything correctly, she remained calm, respectful, and willing to help me sort through it.

Once we finally discovered the misunderstanding and she had the proper information, the banner she created absolutely blew me away. She took my original vision and elevated it into something far more polished, professional, cohesive, and visually stunning than I ever expected. The final product honestly exceeded my expectations completely.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of the design work — although it was phenomenal — it was the way Rachel handled the entire experience with patience, empathy, and professionalism. As someone juggling caregiving, business-building, and creative work all at once, that level of kindness meant a lot to me.

“Went for my TSA PreCheck in person appointment, and it was SO easy! The lady who helped me was so friendly and kind. We joked and laughed a little. This is far quicker and easier than going to the Port to get it done. What an amazing service for them to offer in town!

They use Telos for processing the info for your app. You don't pay until you complete the in-person portion of the application. Digital ? fingerprints are taken, you verify your info from your online application, then take a color photo. The process was so quick and painless! I'm so glad they offer this service somewhere other than the port now!”
