607 W 23rd St, Panama CityPet Supermarket in Panama City has become my go-to pet store because I can always count on them. I have a wide variety of animals and they consistently help me find the supplies, food, and advice I need to care for all of them.
The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Sometimes they are busy and you may have to wait a little, but it is never because they are not working hard or doing their job. They are simply helping other customers and making sure everyone gets the support they need.
I also really appreciate that they support the military and local pet charities and rescues. It means a lot to shop somewhere that cares about both the community and the animals in it. I highly recommend this location.

4121 US-98, Panama CityTook a new, very young pet that was having issues from its previous owner. It was a very stressful and upsetting situation. When I got there as they opened, we were told it would take an hour at least due to the vet being in an accident. It was suggested I go to another facility due to my pet's condition. Realizing it was an hour and half drive alone to the next possible emergency vet, I took the gamble and stayed. Brianna could see how upsetting this was and got my place back in line as I decided to stay. Not long after, Morgan came and asked me to sit with her to answer questions. She was absolutely compassionate, caring, and doing everything she could to help with my pet. Brianna tagged in again to help get all information for the vet for when they finally arrived so we could hit the ground running. As soon as possible, my pet was taken back and seen by Dr. Paul who was very direct about the situation and left me feeling content leaving my pet in their care overnight. I received updates, friendly communication, and was informed of the costs (estimates) in a professional manner. Brianna was there again upon dischage which made me feel even better to know that my pet received continuous care from at least one same caring nurse. Morgan and Brianna absolutely made the whole experience comfortable and less stressful. Amazing nurses that I would definitely leave the care of my pet in again. Thank you again so much for care my pet received.

The previous practice we went to took hours and our dogs were agitated but here they get you in and out but don’t rush you, all my questions were answered thoroughly, but my dogs were able to be in and out quickly. I feel confident about my dogs healthcare. Great practice and doctor!

They got us in very quickly and treated our dog and us with alot of respect and understanding even going above and beyond to keep the cost down as much as possible to help us out. They got on the floor with our dog and treated him with gentle hands making sure he was as comfortable as possible considering the situation. Our dog is doing much better and is expected to make a full recovery. ❤️

After moving here from Arkansas and leaving her OG daycare that we LOVED I was so worried we wouldn't find another even close to how amazing the prior place was. Dagny and Dexter's is that place! The people who greet you are so sweet, they remember who you and your puppers are. Don't leave them in a kennel all day *eye roll naju pets*. My corgi heeler has a blast every day and gets nub wiggles when I tell her it's a daycare day. This place is in MY opinion the best in the area.

I'm going to try an remake the dish at home. Probably will not b the same :(. Going to do a little grocery shopping before we leave Florida! Best meal we had since we got here!
