Our Honda civic sits very low to the ground and he did his very best at minimizing the scraping of the muffler, and with no scraping of the rear bumper. “Had my car towed while on vacation to a repair shop, I broke down for a fuel pump issue at a shopping center and Lamar was fantastic! He got to me within 45 minutes and handled my car with care, was very nice and communicated with me the entire process! Their prices are very fair as well. I live in Tennessee and we own a towing company ourselves, unfortunately my car broke down in Panama and we were unable to tow my car with our trucks but we appreciate Discount Towing for everything! They helped a bad situation become a little less stressful for me, I can’t recommend them much as I live 7 hours from them but if anything was to happen like this again they would be my first call! “The transmission went out in my Nissan Rogue, I had it towed to 19th st Auto Center for an estimate. I met with Dan who I believe was the owner. I was quoted a price to rebuild the transmission. I told him I wanted to get a couple more estimates before deciding, well 2 days later his was the best price. I am happy to say the job was completed when I was told it would be, and no sneaky oh we found this why we were working on it charges. I paid what I was told the estimate was very happy in the turn around. Very good folks to work with , if you need work consider this shop.”
