“My 2014 Rogue has had an intermittent AC problem for the past year. Working for awhile and then not blowing anything. 2 different shops looked at it and said it was ok. Finally took it to Jim at Diagnostic Tune and Auto Air and he diagnosed the trouble quickly and fixed the issue within 3 hours the same day while I waited and charged a very reasonable rate. “There is nothing worse than having a breakdown while on vacation, but thats exactly what happened on a recent trip to the Florida Panhandle. I was pulling an RV trailer with my F150 and found an oil like substance all over my hitch, safety chains, and the front of the trailer. We were in St George Island and there isnt much there in terms of repair shops but an oil change place did verify that the oil plug was tight and there was no leakage from the oil filter. They then poked around the top of the transmission and suspected that trans fluid was leaking. There were 2 trans shop approximately 50 miles away in Panama City. The first one I called couldnt get me in for at least a week but Affordable got me in the next morning for an inspection. They did a road test later that day but didnt find an issue, everything was working as it should. Their service writer, I believe his name was Dustin, then asked if we minded if he took the truck home that night since he lived 25+ miles away, and he would bring it back again the next day. When he got back to the shop, it went immediately up on a rack and they found that the trans, at the last service, had been overfilled, and removed over a quart of fluid. Thast all it was when I feared the worst. They only charged me a diagostic fee. These guys were honest and very sympathic to my situation, and I would totally recommend them.”
