“We got impact windows so it was time for new blinds. Stuart is infinitely patient and kind and gives top notch customer service. When our windows company unexpectedly called and said they did the install wrong and would have to return and redo the living room windows, Stuart graciously came out and removed our blinds to prevent damage. Unbelievably, it happened a second time (choose your impact window company very carefully, lesson learned), and Stuart came out again to remove the blinds. When the dimensions of one of the openings changed, Stuart trimmed the blind at his shop and rehung it quickly. I'm sure he is glad to be rid of us, but we are eager to recommend him to anyone who needs quality blinds and wants excellent customer service.”
“Kiera, Reese and Brenda are exemplary employees. Kiera went above and beyond to help me find the right grout. She started with giving me her expertise on design and made sure I was helped in locating the right ones we picked. Her eye for design was extremely helpful. Reese was also helpful, very respectful and efficient. He located what I needed right away and knew exactly where everything was. I went in to exchange something else and he immediately, without many questions, knew exactly what I needed and got it done. Brenda also gave me some advice on another grout selection and it worked out well, without me even asking for help she offered it and was very helpful. This whole experience was absolutely amazing and not very common nowadays so it’s very much appreciated to come across people who care to do a great job.”

“An incredible customer service experience two years after a purchase!!! I moved into a new home in Delray Beach two years ago and spent a few months in and out of Designers Mark furnishing our home. Dimitri and his entire staff were amazing. We purchased a bunch of furniture, bar stools, and had Designers Mark install blinds in every room of our brand new home. Fast forward to one month ago-almost two years later- when we woke up in the middle of the night to a large crash and realized that one of the motorized blinds covering three large windows had ripped off its install and crashed to the floor. The next day I sent pictures and videos to Dimitri assuming nothing would happen as it was two years after install. Dimitri took over and immediately sent his install team out who determined that the install was faulty. Shortly thereafter he had a drywall team out fixing all the damage to our walls. Then he sent a painting team out to paint and match the existing dining room color. All of this was done via numerous phone calls/texts and emails by himself. A week later he had the install team back to install a brand-new electric blind covering the three windows. What I thought would be a terrible experience costing me thousands of dollars, turned into one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had and at zero cost to me! Everyone makes mistakes but it's what happens after a mistake that everyone remembers. And Dimitri was fantastic! I can't thank him enough for his incredible customer service as well as tell everyone that if you are looking for a great designer furniture store, I would highly recommend Dimitri and Designers Mark!!!”

“So happy with the redecorating of our townhouse in Wilton Manors thanks to Creative Collection located at 1200 Clint Moore Road in Boca. I had dreaded the task. I had imagined endless meetings and shopping expeditions to create the contemporary vibe I wanted. My interior designer Manny Konsker, however, insisted that an afternoon of perusing Creative Collection's inventory would provide most of what we would need. He was right. Based on our descriptions of what we envision, the owner John Eckhardt pulled from his vast collection of contemporary objects items enough to setup several apartments. He loaded and delivered these items to our home, where Manny was able to conveniently test various combinations and arrangements. What we loved, we paid for, and what we did not use, John reloaded and carted away. So convenient and helpful. Great to have time for a positive shoutout. I love our newly designed interiors. Thanks Creative Collection by Petal Pushers.”
