I called Direct Connect in Pompano Beach and Sally Berry found a transporter for us. She was excellent in customer service and communication. We had to FedEx our key fob back to her office so the transporter could get our truck on his hauler. The man from EE Transport was able to bring our truck to us. We are extremely pleased with how our difficult situation was handled by Sally Berry and her staff at Direct Connect.”
