“I’m here at least twice a month, sometimes more. Customer service is always great. This is the only location that I can find the Kirkland lavender fabric softener which I LOVE! Absolutely amazing 10/10 definitely recommend if you like your clothes/blankets soft and smelling fresh. There is an older carrier lady with glasses who takes her job extremely seriously when she’s looking at your receipt and counting your items at the exit door (holds up the line). Consistent location. No complaints.”

“My 1st visit to the Pompano Beach Costco. It was extremely busy and the patrons were generally rude. I don't understand why people abandon their shopping carts in the parking lot. Lazy inconsiderate new englanders.”
“Costco pharmacy itself is ok, a 8/10. The representative I dealt with both dropping off and picking up (same person) was the worst, I had to tie my tongue to restrain myself from arguing with her. Customer service was the worst! That rep needs to work in the back and not where she has to deal with customers. Not referring to the out of the box colored hair rep that's always there, she is ok. Overall, though, I would not give them 5 stars.”

“This place was good -- even though they didn't have what we wanted. We were in the area and after lunch wanted to stop by and see if they had a particular size glass container with a top. My husband has been experimenting with various home brews. One Christmas we gave limoncello as gifts and most recently he concocted an after-dinner cordial. He's working on a number of other fun drinks, too. We've used up all the small jars we had previously purchased and were hoping to get a glass container that was resealable and a better size to use for gifts. On entering the store -- open to the public but really a restaurant wholesale location -- we were greeted immediately. The guy was nice enough to check his stock to show us what they had on hand. They were the right type of bottles. Unfortunately, they were much too large for what was needed. If they were perfect, buying a small case would not have been a problem. While he was getting the bottles from the other show room, we browsed a bit. They have anything you (or your restaurant, if you owned one) could want -- silverware, glasses of all sorts and sizes, serving dishes, door signage, etc. etc. etc. The store is clean and well organized and packed with inventory. “I called Diamond Plumbing Supply last week and spoke to Kevin. I asked if you had to be a plumber or if a residential customer could buy a water heater through them. He said that they would be happy to sell to me, a residential customer. A condo that I own, with a rusting water heater, needs a replacement with a lowboy. Kevin was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He told me they carry and have had a lot of success with Rheem Professional water heaters. They are better than the ones you get at Lowe's or Home Depot and he explained why. Not only that, Diamond Plumbing Supply delivered free of charge. I would highly recommend Diamond Plumbing Supply for your water heater or other plumbing needs. I feel like I got a good price and good service. Diamond Plumbing Supply is located on Lyons road just south of Boca Raton in a warehouse. Call and be sure to ask for Kevin.”
“I help my 17-yr old son with sourcing hats for his custom hat business and so far he’s bought thousands of hats through Hatco Int’l. The service and pricing is why we keep coming back. Specifically, Robin at Hatco provides us with real time inventory status and fantastic product advise. The quality of their hat styles and their high end custom embroidery always gets recognition from my son’s customers. In the end it’s the personal service that makes the difference for us.”
“BJ's is another chain store with the same model. The only thing that really separates them is the size and location. We really enjoy the Coral Springs location. The store is clean and there is an excellent-friendly team here. BJ's is good! I like coming here because it's less crowded than Costco and I feel like I'm getting good buys here too. They have an excellent deli area (though it can get very busy) and their prices on cooked food is incredibly competitive. Plenty of Isle space and very easy to grab items off the shelf. Their gas station located just down the driveway from the store is great. My only issues here is that it definitely takes longer to check out and I am always approached by the home builders to redo my siding, roof or kitchen. Every once in a while they have a vendor with a local presence. That's a good thing for a big box store to support local. If you're a fan of bulk purchasing and saving money (and who isn't) I highly recommend this BJ's location in Florida... if you're in the area”
“I enjoy this location but I wish they had a fuel station. I use the app(scan and go feature) when I'm in the store and did pickup once. It was very convenient. I also tried the order ahead from the cafe and that was great. That line can be pretty long. Ordered pizza to go and it was pretty good!”

“Great place to get items at low unit cost prices, if you shop smart. Most of the items at warehouse clubs like BJ's and Costco are a good deal since they come in bulk. I feel their snacks are usually a good bargain, like this last time I got some dried mango pieces at a fraction of what I would had paid at Publix or other large store. The selection of snacks was good...fruits, chips, cookies, chocolates, etc. I breezed in and out by using the self checkout registers.”
