“They're okay. Store has a separate entrance next to the mall entrance. My only negative is that they don't carry my size. So I only visit to return things. I get frustrated because they always offer me the option to sit on a stool and order from the catalog. No thanks, I can order from the comfort of my home. Saving $8.00 is not that important to me. Everyone is mostly polite.”
“I ordered some shoes online for my daughter but they were too big when they arrived. We went to Macy's, the refund only took seconds. We found her size in the shoe department and were done within 30 minutes tops. Super efficient and very peaceful at 8 pm when I went. I may wait until later in the night to go from now on!”
“I've been shopping at Mona's for years when her store use to be for kids clothing! She grew with her clientele and so happy she did! I do not like shopping at all, but when you walk into Mona's it's a different world, the staff is incredible, and they help you decide if something fits or doesn't fit, if it's your style or not, etc... there's a reason I shop there that being I get SOOOO many compliments on everything I wear from here! “The store was nice and nothing was wrong about it, although they didn't have any leg warmers that looked very appealing. Also, there was no dressing room! That's a huge problem for me because things can run very differently on me depending on materials, ect. My daughter doesn't always fit into the XS or the S because they are too big, so ends up being a big problem, but there is always some nice accessories there that my daughter seems to like!”

“Francesca's Collections is a chain of women's clothing and accessory store founded in 1999 by three siblings, Chong Yi, Kyong Gill, Insuk Koo, and their friend, John De Meritt. They opened their first store in Houston Texas and went on to open more stores. In 2016 the company saw a decline in business due to financial factors. By 2020 they had closed stores and entered bankruptcy but in 2021 they launched a comeback and were able to reopen some of the closed stores as well as launch a new concept for teens called Franki's. They are currently operating more than 400 stores throughout the United States.I was wandering around the Promenade and discovered Francesca's near the Cheesecake Factory. Their window display caught my eye and beckoned me in to check them out. I was pleasantly greeted when I entered and left to explore. The clothes are trendy with sequins, lace, and studs. A black ball gown dress caught my eye and it was $150. They have a display up front with the kind of glittery and shiny clothes people favor for holiday parties and New Years Eve. Moving toward the back of the store were more every day clothes but still very on trend. There were a lot of 50 percent off sales and even a $9.99 rack of clothing. Fitting rooms are in the back of the store so you can try on clothes.The clothes were more things my daughter would wear but I liked their inexpensive collection of costume jewelry. They also have a lot of cute gift items including things for brides to be and dog lovers. Based on the amount of people shopping in the store, their comeback has been successful.”

I would suggest that you drop in to either store, Boca or Parkland! Both stores have similar clothing but I think you will not be disappointed!”
