“Came in for a battery for my brothers key fob. It was hard to get it open. Thomas called for help. Gordon came he was unable to get it open inside. We will Google it. And then they still couldn’t get it opened. Both of them tried he . And they tried several things and all this time they were very calm so nice and finally It worked.After they opened it and put the battery in they said come on let’s go outside Thomas said and make sure it works.Honestly BEST experience I’ve ever had in the store they have the BEST customer service have any store I have ever been in. Thank you Thomas and Gordon. Will always shop At ACE”

“Pretty easy rental..tools were clean..in great shape..and worked well..exceeded my expectations..the cement saw..battery powered hitachi..was a beast..had to charge batteries twice..but was a decent length cut..it chewed thru the cement like a hot knife thru butter..the hilti jackhammer/breaker..did a great job too..would rent again..only reason didn't give 5 stars was took a long time to get checked out..”
“Yes, Ace is good, but price is higher than box stores, I bought some plastic plugs for 1/4 holes @$.90 each. Yes almost a dollar each, amazon had them 100 count for $7.00
Lesson learned. I am sorry. .7 cents versus 90 cents each ???? RIP Off. AMENDED REVIEW. Drew, one of the owners reached out and explained the business side of this issue. A 3rd party handles this, and I do understand now, this is a convenience more than than a general supply for large purchases, so if you need 1 or 2 buy there, but they can't compete with Amazon or other high volume sellers. I failed to realize that, so next time I need to plan on 1 or 100, Drew spent a lot of time with me and I will continue to do business with SCC Ace. The big box stores or an auto parts place will be the same as ace.”
“This company was literally right next to my residents. I was looking for a certain sized screw to be able to reach the depth in my wall. Anyway they are basically remodeling the inside to be basically all online or atleast most of the features. I noticed these metal plastic drawer sets that are 2 by 6 with 12 small shelves that where empty. I asked if they where selling them cause I could use them for my business of my online 2ndnhand good store, and in the end they gifted them to me and saidni could retrieve the rest. I've just been so in my business that I haven't had time to go grab them. I hope they still have them cause tomorrow im finally available andnim going to try andngrab the rest. Great service. Will recommend!”

“Organized and clean sometimes hard to find a person to help a couple of times was told not my section someone should be over in the second you need. They do point me the way, but of course when I get there no one is there and I have to find it myself looking very frustrated. Hey there's always plenty of pple at check out though.”
“Unfortunately this store is fairly disorganized, staff is okay. More importantly they have a decent inventory of supplies needed for a huge variety of home projects.

“I love this store. It has everything you need and most of what you will want too. The young men that work there are great with customer service and they are very inquisitive too.. of you haven't been to general supply in Parrish, I encourage you to see it for yourself. It's almost as fun as going to the pet store”
