“My boyfriend and I went in 6 months ago to upgrade our phones . My boyfriend was very sick so we couldn’t deal with pressure sales and just wanted new phones with the best plan for loyal customers. Lucy took care of us extremely professionally and efficiently and we got out of the store completely satisfied.
I went in today because I needed a new phone screen and Angel fixed the problem in minutes. He then reviewed my phone plan and my Internet plan and informed me that Verizon had bought Frontier and that it would be to my advantage to combine my accounts.
He took care of EVERYTHING and I left 200% satisfied. I am paying less for phone and Internet and have streaming platforms included in my bill so that is a huge saving and so much easier for me.
