Cynthia truly went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issue. For full disclosure I work at this Costco (not for TMobile), but I use to manage a cell phone store and I know a good employee when I see one, and that is Cynthia!
In helping me transfer my phone from Verizon (btw, everyone on the team at the t-Mobile kiosk pitched in and helped so kudos to Cody and his staff), I emphasized what was important to me. She recognized why it was important to me and helped me, going above and beyond so that the transfer could be completed even though there could be potential complications. And sure enough the potential complication did arise, and Cynthia hung in there with me even after hours to make sure that it got resolved relieving an enormous amount of stress off of me.
So thank you, Cynthia! And thank you to the Team at the T-Mobile kiosk at Costco Bradenton. Great job!”

Like how you come in the store asking for change that wasn’t even yours and then get upset with the answer because you didn’t like it. “My boyfriend and I went in 6 months ago to upgrade our phones . My boyfriend was very sick so we couldn’t deal with pressure sales and just wanted new phones with the best plan for loyal customers. Lucy took care of us extremely professionally and efficiently and we got out of the store completely satisfied.
I went in today because I needed a new phone screen and Angel fixed the problem in minutes. He then reviewed my phone plan and my Internet plan and informed me that Verizon had bought Frontier and that it would be to my advantage to combine my accounts.
He took care of EVERYTHING and I left 200% satisfied. I am paying less for phone and Internet and have streaming platforms included in my bill so that is a huge saving and so much easier for me.
