“I started the conversation with Jacob Zumchak on the phone a few weeks ago. We have 5 people in our family and wanted to discuss moving back to Verizon for our mobile service from another provider. From the beginning he was nothing but friendly, positive, professional and knowledgeable about all things iphones. He took his time with me which turned out to be lengthy as I have a daughter who lives out of the country and another daughter and a son who live out of town. He spoke to two of them individually and continued to follow up through the next couple of weeks as we walked through the hiccups with the previous provider. Thank you Jacob for all of your time, when you were off, time when you were on and then some, You're amazing and we appreciate the customer service that you have provided us through this experience. I highly recommend you and will to anyone considering moving to Verizon, currently with Verizon or purchasing new phones.”
