“Today was a very rewarding day Anthony Malden was extremely helpful his attitude and spirit was excellent, I saw him work.with the client ahead of me and she was giving him a hard time as she was frustrated, but he remained calm defusing the situation offering to go above and beyond the call to duty. He was able to then help me get everything I asked for and was able to print statements, order canceled checks and give a print out of the transaction for this month.Mrm Malden is definitely a asset to brightstar credit union and I hope he is able to be compensated for the skills he possess.”

“Never have any problem here, everyone is usually very nice, but if there are super busy which is rare it might be difficult to find parking in the very front but there is always parking.”
“It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. Ashley was successful In assisting in the cancellation along with aiding in the contact of our merchants. She is definitely a special individual and aided in the cancellation of all of our accounts. She is clearly a special person and helped us in definitely clearing this terrible mess that we were in. Thank you Ashley and please continue being that truly special individual that you are.
