We visited the North Dade Branch office and was greeted immediately with Courtesy. Not once did we feel lost in not knowing what to do. Upon checking in our wait in the lobby was short. We were able to sit in an office with a real person and not stand at the tellers window to open an account! Our concerns were addressed and the different choice options were explained and understood clearly. I was amazed that the young lady who opened our account and greeted us was the assistant manager, Ms. Britton. She took her time and made us feel like we belong. Thank you Ms. B and Tropical for having the perfect colleague in place. We even received our bank cards the same day! Now that’s a power move! “Was in the area and looked for the closest location as this is my bank. Now a days who ever goes in a bank but I needed cash but wanted smaller bills that you can't get at the ATM. So once inside no wait and the nicest person to assist me. She even asked if I wanted a new car loan. No I didn't hopefully my current car has no issues and won't have to buy a new one any time soon. But if I did have to get a loan I surely would check this bank out. On the way out I needed to use the restroom and they had one of these as well. It was very clean as was the rest of the bank.”

She made me feel VALUED as if I was the only one there. I really appreciated it because I had a long, stressful day at work. Then I had this very GENUINE, KIND SWEET ENCOUNTER with Diana. I had questions about getting a new card because I misplaced my old one and she immediately called me in her office and assisted me. We had GREAT conversation, as if we've known each other FOREVER. I had a very STRESSFUL day, and this staff made me feel at home and SPECIAL. I had to express my APPRECIATION to these WONDERFUL LADIES, ESPECIALLY DIANA. Space Coast Has Moved To a brand new Building off of pines blvd and its spacious with offices,and even offer drive through banking.my personal experience wich was a pleasant and professional one which i was able to open two accounts and refinance my auto loan which Space Coast Credit Union. They we're able to provide me with a much lower interest rate and reduced my 5 year loan to 3. Saving me money in the long run. The Representative whom attended me Ms.Oliviia was very Articulate and displayed professionalism at all times. I Will Definitely Recommend this location and I will definitely Revisit.also plenty of parking is available.”
