As i walked in she gave me a warm smile and greeting. As told her about my credit situation and my goals and she kindly introduced and to me the best options to acheive them with BrightStar. I asked more about Brightstar’s credit cards and i liked how you get to put down how much money you want as credit. She did not hesitate to think about everything she said, she really knows the criteria spot on.

“Usually, people only write bank reviews when they're annoyed or in a hurry. But I just had to share my recent experience. The local branch had been closed for a while, so I was surprised to see it open again. I popped in just before they were about to close, needing urgent help and not really expecting much since I was flying out the next day. But they were amazing – they booked me in for an appointment straight away, no fuss. The whole team was super helpful and friendly, especially Lanny, who was fantastic. It was such a refreshing experience.”

“Not sure about the previouse review from 2014. This company has helped a ton of my friends and family to buy New and Used cars and have always responded to any issues that have arised. The undersanding is that cars sometimes have issues and understanding expectations is key. If you are buying a New or Used car understand that cars sometimes have issues and that the company is better represented when an a issue comes up and how it is addressed. The business should be rated by how a problem is handeled and not about the problem itself. Carlos Arias is the banker that took care of us. Since the very beginning he was really friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated that he takes time to explain every detail and what’s being done.
