Branch Manager Ian welcomed me on day one, explained the various services and products available and signed me up as a member. When l wanted a HELOC, Rona gave me detailed info so that l could make an educated decision. Carolyn would patiently and repeatedly explain things that occurred with my account. When l became a business owner, Jackie and Dillion explained the account details and set it up for me.
