First Florida Credit Union is headquartered in Jacksonville and operates 18 branches throughout the state, serving more than 62,000 members. As a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, our primary focus is to serve the financial needs of our members. Well, Ms. Cindy the teller was very helpful. I explained I opened up a new savings account online and did not know my acct. she asked for my Drivers license and VOILA. So far so good.I also had a brief conversation with the VP and she was also very helpful. Again so far so GOOD!

The best credit union. You are a member of the family. No surprises, just good old excellent customer service all the time. Greeted, listened to and they help facilitate all your needs. Home, auto, loans,....as good as it gets. Never been curious to know any bank else in 40 years. They are the veru? ? best.
