I thought there was no way I'd find another base and that I'd have to buy a new made in China POS blender, one that would short, catch fire and burn down my house, to replace my trusty Oster. Then I found the base online at Goodman's. They shipped it out and I had a new base in a few days, allowing me to once again enjoy homemade "slushies" in the 100+° Siuth Texas heat. “Went in to this location which quite frankly is usually a mission. But today was totally different, we were greeted by someone but she didn't know how to operate the machine to cut the blinds she went to get somebody else after several minutes a young lady walked by and asked if we needed help and we said yes. She said no problem give me a moment and within 30 seconds she was back with gloves and proceeded to cut those blinds like a professional. I am a handyman by trade and she knew what she was doing and she did it perfectly, Julia B. is a breath of fresh air she was courteous, kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She handled our issues with the blinds and made sure we had everything we needed to install them. Home Depot is very lucky to have Julia B as an employee.Julia gave me a whole new outlook on this location which is good because it's close to my grandmothers house so instead of making that trip to Coconut Grove I will now be giving this location more of my business. “This is almost one of those "this is too good to be true" moments. I didn't even have to step in the store. I told him what I wanted. Was approved quick he ordered it and I picked it up from the best buy 3 blocks from my place an hour later. It was there ready just showed my id. I cant believe how unbelievably easy that was.. I dont think ever in my life has something went that smooth lol. Anyway I dont know what the store is like I've never even seen it, but I can tell you the customer service is phenomenal!! He even texted me back later to see how everything went and if I was happy. Outstanding. I would go there again or should I say do this again. and definitely will refer friends”

“Our dryer of 10+ years was (in what we feared) it’s last breath, so we knew we had to not only get our dryer duct cleaned (we have a 30+ year house), but we also needed a professional to service and run full diagnostics on our machine. Not all companies can do these two services, we looked. In come Eagle Union, our tech Ulysses is very knowledgeable, thorough, articulate and professional. He first came to do full diagnostics on the machine, examine our ducts (two story home), and clearly explained what needed to get done to get our dryer working as it should, and provided us with a fairly accurate estimate of what the final cost would be of their services (after cost of parts). We couldn’t be happier with the end result, we now have a fully working machine, and no new dryer purchase was needed! What’s best, it was a more than fair price for all the work he did in our home. Both he and his wife were very responsive and communicative with scheduled service times, status of order of parts, cost and invoicing. Such a pleasure to work with this small business! I’m already recommending them to my neighbors, family and friends! Old reviews don’t do justice to the current service we received from this business! So grateful to have found such a great team!
