“I swung by because I had a check engine light on in my car, a 2015 Lincoln MKZ. I worked with Andres (Dre) the manager. His eagerness to help, efficiency, and professional attitude was apparent from the moment we started talking. He scanned the car, explained the different codes, and showed me what the primary problem was. He had the part in stock (always a plus), and it was very affordable.. Less than $40 inc tax. He had me on the way in less than 30 minutes. I have had some bad experiences in other parts stores, but after this, I will be returning for all of my vehicles needs. “Took only maybe about not even a week to fix my whole front side of my car so had no wait at all. If you want a fast but well taken care of job, come here. Had some screw ups that were just due to my aftermarket parts that I put in but got it fixed. Then I went to them about a broken part that I thought might have happened during the fixing of the car and after hours the manager and Julian came out to take a look at it, and did there best in the parking lot to fix it as much as they can before having to actually fix the part. We found out it was broken previous to the work but still decided to do there best to fix it as well as give me an estimate.”

“I very highly recommend asking for Jose. He is the best, caring and very detailed customer support employee I ever dealt with, especially if you need an HONEST assessment of your car battery a d alternator. The first technical tried telling me I needed a new alternator and battery. Just before that the AAA technician who jump started my car did a thorough check of the system and gave me a printout showing the alternate works perfectly and that the battery ( still under warranty at Advance), is the only problem. Jose replaced the defective battery only and everything for the past 7 days has been perfect. Jose is the best!!”

“Only issue we had was that advisor informed us that Jeep was done and fixed. Valet went to get car to bring to us and we found out that the work had not been done. We were there to replace the two batteries that are needed for this vehicle. Of course, a scramble ensued. Advisor informed me that vehicle would be fixed immediately, and I would only have to wait about an hour. After a long day at work, I didn't want to wait so I told them to keep vehicle overnight and provide me with a no charge oil change, which they did without issue. So overall I am happy with the service at AutoNation. Update to having additional repairs done at AutoNation. I had my TPMS sensors malfunction. Took car last Thursday, didn’t hear anything until 6 pm that part had to be ordered. Informed that part would arrive Monday. Tried calling service advisor multiple times, plus texting etc. not one call back. Went to dealership informed that parts had arrived yet they were swamped so I asked if better to bring Tuesday. No issues. Dropped off car Monday night about 7 so they can start off nice and early. At 3 pm Tuesday I stopped by dealership and was informed that work had not been completed. Went home and advisor called me about 5:30 to inform me that work could not be completed due to tire machine not working. This is autonation. Not some rinky dink dealership. Really. So now they have my car u til tomorrow. We will see what happens tomorrow. Very disappointed and will be looking for another Jeep dealership for service and when I decide to replace. Thanks.”

He recommended a battery and installed it in my Chevy without hesitation. The store even gave me a military discount which was an extra plus after having such great service. “I was in a bind with a stubborn lower ball joint not coming out. I did not want to drive far east to advance or pep, so I stopped here just to try. I am glad I did. Julio and everyone else there assisted me the several times that I came by with different tools that could help. In the end, the ball joint sleeve came out and completed before they closed. I was there at 859pm and they did not deny me entry. They even stuck around while I told them my odyssey with pictures and all. Thank you guys, you got another sure customer.”

I got the deal I proposed without my trade which I sold privately 2 days later. I’d like to recognize 3 of the sales team that made the deal happen…1-Marthlene Giamarese, BDC Mgr. who was my first contact when I found the vehicle on the web. She jumped through hoops for me from beginning to end & never lost her cool despite how demanding I was early on.2-George Cabral who was my sales consultant. He showed me the vehicle, all the features, test drive and was a “no pressure/easy going” salesman who I would buy from again. He was easy to get a hold of on the phone and met or exceeded all my requests. He made sure I got new carpet mats with the truck and had it detailed ready to go upon delivery.3-Lastly, Luis Rivas, the finance mgr., made the paperwork process easy with no stress. The fact that I bought the vehicle for cash with no financing sure helped. But he was very intelligent, knowledgeable, and provided me with a lot of info on extended warranties and how my new tag would be processed & mailed.As for the truck…I absolutely love it! It is a big upgrade from my old 2011 Ford F150 FX2. Specifically, the 10-speed transmission, the ride quality, safety features, towing, styling, and comfort is amazing. While I appreciate technology, it is overwhelming to say the least. It has been almost a month and I still can’t figure out the Infotainment system and other dash features. These trucks don’t come with an owner’s manual & the dealer said they special order me one but I’m still waiting. While millennials may enjoy online research, we old-school baby-boomers like owner’s manuals.This dealership was a 65 RT mile drive for me but well worth the trip. They have a huge dealership with tons of inventory. This vehicle was sold with the “Ford Gold Certified Blue Advantage” which made the deal well worth it. It included an extended Powertrain warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles, remaining 36M bumper-2-bumper warranty, Ford Rewards Points (still waiting for these to get credited), Sirius Radio trial, and thorough inspection of the vehicle along with 4 free oil changes. I’ll travel back here for my complimentary oil changes. You’ll be satisfied just like many other customer reviews have indicated. Thanks.”

“This is by far my favorite Audi dealership. Fort Lauderdale's is so close to my place of employment but I would rather be late and go to Pembroke Pines 100% of the time. DJ in the service department is amazing. Always super friendly and welcoming. Justin B. is my go to mechanic. He takes his time and explains why everything is needed or recommended. I've camped out in the waiting room while they were servicing my vehicle and everyone in there is friendly and always quick to ask if you need anything. It doesn't hurt that they have great snacks too. If you're looking for a new Audi or need service go to the Pembroke Pines location.”

Although I purchased her at another dealership, this one was the closest to my office and I'd rather keep my PTO for fun stuff!Ninfa was my service advisor, and was the one who first took my phone call when I was looking up Ford dealerships near me. She confirmed that they can utilize my service contract from when I originally purchased the car, as well as any points from my Ford-branded credit card. She also mentioned that I can bring in my car even though I didn't have a service appointment. Once at the dealership, I asked that my routine oil change that was already due also be included. A few hours later I received a callback that indeed one tire needed to be fully replaced and that I should also get two filters replaced as part of my routine maintenance. My ride was fixed at the end of my workday, and I received an inspection printout of the other items they checked. Ninfa and her team arranged for a rideshare each way (both trips) between the dealership and my office. I appreciate that convenience!I didn't notice if there was a service lounge where I could waited and /or worked remotely while at the dealership. Nevertheless, Tiffany is back in prime shape and I would consider using Pines Ford for service again.”
