“This was the first time we shopped at Baer’s. We ordered a mattress, a sofa, and a chair with the help of Rico. Rico was informative, friendly, and efficient during the process. Our mattress was scheduled for delivery within a week (could have arrived sooner, but we weren’t going to be home). Communication was excellent for the mattress delivery. I received texts and emails confirming delivery date, a window of time the night before, and then a phone call when the driver was 30 minutes away. Billy was our delivery man and he was excellent as well. The delivery team was in Baer’s uniforms, very friendly, took care in delivering the mattress, and making sure we were satisfied. So far, our experience with Baer’s has been flawless. Our sofa and chair will be delivered in July, so I’ll update once we receive it.”
