“I've been in several times to get stuff everybody's always been very helpful and friendly. Today though I usually put the tubes on my dirt bike tires myself and I ended up popping the tube after I got it installed. I took it up there for them to install the tube for me. The prices are unmatched. I was able to buy a tube from them and also have it mounted the grand total came to $54. The lady that had done it did a wonderful job went above and beyond to make it perfect. They were done in about 10 to maybe 15 minutes max putting it in for me. To say the local powersports charges $55 alone just to install a tube if you provide it. If you have to buy a tube off of them you're looking at 90 some dollars almost a hundred bucks. Half the price better quality of craftsmanship. They were also able to finish it within about 15 minutes and the local powersports would take about 3 days. I can't be more happy with the work that they did. From now on that's where I'll be getting my tires from and any tubes that I need to replaced very well worth the price to not go to the hassle doing it yourself.”

Great place to get an alignment, especially if your lowered and or looking to fix camber issues. The employees were polite, informative answered any questions I had and took car of me. “Brought my car to Sandy Sansing Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation at their main facility. I provided my own oil and Nissan oil filter. I was able to watch the technician perform the services and he was very thorough and careful doing the work. Once completed, they vacuumed my car and offered to run it through their car wash. “The man behind the counter was very hospitable and helped me find the right oil filter for an after market Subaru. There was three possible V6 engines it could have and it wasn't on the sticker under the hood or inside the door. He ran the vin number which let me know the exact one it was which ended up being the 3.3 liter v6. He showed me that it was showing two different filters for the same engine. One was larger than the other so he recommended I buy both and bring the one back that was not it. It ended up being the larger one which was plain to see after I got it out of the case it was in on top of the engine so I didn't have to open the other one.and was able to bring it back for an exchange of the right one for the next oil change. Different person when I went back who was also very easy and simple to deal with just as much as the other one. This is why I go to O' Reilly Auto parts. I can't get this kind of service and helpful personal service at the other ones. Discount Auto are the worst. They have given me a hard time about everything over the years and the female manager over there knows absolutely nothing about customer service or vehicles.”

“Anderson Subaru is a 3 hour trip (one way) and it was worth every minute of that drive. It all started a few weeks ago while casually looking online that I found "my car". I knew the minute I saw it that I had to have it. I found a similar one at the local dealership where I live and inquired about it online. The salesperson I was put in contact with seemed a little cocky and arrogant and not really interested in dealing with the in's & out's unless I came to the dealership. Needless to say I turned my attention back to Anderson Subaru and was connected with Justin. In the short time it took me to come back to Anderson, "my car" had already been sold. I was heartbroken and even though they had many other beautiful cars on the lot I only had eyes for the one that sold. That's when Justin said (figuratively) "hold my beer". He got together with Paul and they located another one exactly like I had my heart set on. Not only did they find my car, they handled almost the entire transaction via text, email and phone.... even the trade-in value, which was not only a fair value but more than the local dealership. Once my car arrived at Anderson Subaru, Paul called me and got some last minute details squared away so he could finish the paperwork. The very next day we made the 3 hour trip to Pensacola and we were greeted with open arms by Evan as soon as we arrived. Evan and Glen had us in and out in just over an hour. And Paul checked in before we left to make sure we were happy. Every single person we dealt with at Anderson Subaru was personable, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
