Refunded what was owed. Glad they were able to help, and glad they had the gasket I needed for a forklift on the shelf.”
“The man behind the counter was very hospitable and helped me find the right oil filter for an after market Subaru. There was three possible V6 engines it could have and it wasn't on the sticker under the hood or inside the door. He ran the vin number which let me know the exact one it was which ended up being the 3.3 liter v6. He showed me that it was showing two different filters for the same engine. One was larger than the other so he recommended I buy both and bring the one back that was not it. It ended up being the larger one which was plain to see after I got it out of the case it was in on top of the engine so I didn't have to open the other one.and was able to bring it back for an exchange of the right one for the next oil change. Different person when I went back who was also very easy and simple to deal with just as much as the other one. This is why I go to O' Reilly Auto parts. I can't get this kind of service and helpful personal service at the other ones. Discount Auto are the worst. They have given me a hard time about everything over the years and the female manager over there knows absolutely nothing about customer service or vehicles.”

Nick, the manager, was super helpful in the delivery process and made a point to order additional Golf Clubs carrier attachment. He will install these items when they arrive at the store.”

“I went in for headlight bulbs and windshield wipers. They were super busy, but the manager, Will was who I met at the register. He came out to my car to ensure he could replace my headlights for me and he confirmed he could. We went back in, I purchased my bulbs and the wipers with his suggestions and within maybe 5 minutes he had my wipers and headlight bulbs replaced. He was very helpful and made the experience super easy. Thank you!! I’ll definitely be coming back to this store!”
