“It was so handy at Pensacola airport. While waiting at baggage, I was able to check in, sign all of in and literally walk across a street to get into our vehicle. The person at the desk was cheery, and helpful and the whole process was quick. I was ready to pick out our vehicle before our entire party’s luggage arrived.Return was also fast and easy. A person was there to help and ask about our experience. This could have been my fastest and easiest airport experience.”

“I have never had a better experience with a car rental place as I have this Enterprise location. The agent who helped me was Jim Clark. I wish more people would carry themselves with the same amount of professionalism as him. Dropped my car off for repair and Jim was there within 8 minutes to pick me up to bring me to the car rental place. I had reserved the car for 12 o’clock and everything was done in a timely manner. It felt like a family business versus a corporation while still giving you that edge up some corporations have with technology and budget. Only down side is… I do need a receipt though, the app is not showing it anywhere I can find easily enough. (: Car is very comfy thanks for your help too!!”

“We decided to rent a car while on vacation in Pensacola beach. Thought we'd have to Uber to rental but they sent someone to pick us up. They are over 20 minutes away. On top of that they took us to airport after we returned the car. In my opinion they went beyond what most places would do. Plus they were very friendly, the car was clean and nice. Only reason I didn't give five stars is because they only allow 150 free miles a day but their service makes up for that. It was an awesome experience. The driver that picked us up, David was a very nice and polite young man and let us know where to go and what to see while in Pensacola. Good job guys!!”

“I am not one to leave reviews, but felt so inclined after my experience with Hertz in Pensacola! Upon returning our rental, we forgot our daughter’s stroller in the back of the rental, trying to get out of the rain quickly and into our Uber.I called the location the next morning and KeKe was, very very helpful and was so kind to send an employee with our stroller to the nearest FedEx, where we were able to purchase shipping and get our stroller returned to us.It was refreshing for a change to have such great customer, service and individuals going above and beyond their call of duty to help their customers. We cannot thank KeKe and her team enough!”

“We were super stressed to find out that all of Pensacola was out of rental cars. We'd rented a larger vehicle from New Orleans to Pensacola (to accommodate the whole family) and were hoping to rent a smaller economy vehicle for just two of us to head back to New Orleans earlier than everyone else. Keke was SO kind, professional, and brought our stress from a 10 to a 1 within a matter of seconds. It was clear with the customer in front of us as well as with us that she gives 100% to every interaction and makes everyone feel special. She helped us problem solve and gave us the best possible deal, saving us a ton of money and helping us to get a car (by re-renting the one we'd brought out at a lower rate) when none were available! I would recommend this location and especially Keke for all your Pensacola rental car needs! We'll be back to her for every family visit!”

“The service was nice. It wasn’t a bad experience. So, I will still give them 5 stars. This was our first time using them and we picked up in Pensacola and dropped off in Jacksonville. When picking up in Pensacola. We noticed someone had been smoking in the truck. When we informed them after inspecting the truck ourselves in Pensacola. They said they allow smoking in their trucks. Which seemed odd but whatever. When dropping it off we found out that it actually is not allowed but they did not charge us. The smoke was very LOUD if you know what I mean. So, we definitely appreciate Budget in Jacksonville but if anyone says you can smoke in their trucks. Don’t, and I would request another truck if you smell smoke. Just to be on the safe side because Unfortunately, everyone may not just take your word and believe you as the employer we got in Jacksonville did.”

“My employer booked me a rental car through PNS airport Dollar. I was a little worried due to the poor reviews I had seen on Google. However I had a great experience. I landed around 4pm, and walked straight to baggage claim. The baggage claim is within eye sight of the rental car counters. I noticed only one person in line for Dollar, so I decided to try and get my car before my bags were on the carousel. Needless to say within 3 minutes at the counter I had my paperwork for the rental done before the baggage carousel started turning. Also, maybe I got lucky but my rental agreement said I was suppose to be in a “Chevy Spark or similar” (sub-compact), but they gave me a brand new Nissan “Kicks” SUV.I was driving out of the airport at 4:32pm.”

“I don’t have any negative to say about this location and the staff and the company, the price great, new and nice car, clean excellent condition and Stephanie is the best, excellent customer service skills, we were in line she did her best to make everyone feel welcome and she did her best to accommodate us, due to our issue a last minute change to drop off the car in Houston and add another day, was better option than buy a new airline ticket, she was very helpful and she was busy and she made us and made the other customers feel important and helped both. “I had a great experience with Budget rental car. The line was short at pick-up, and the rental service at the counter was fast and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to be provided with a brand new Nissan Rogue, which offered excellent mileage throughout my trip. The location for pick-up and return was conveniently easy to navigate. The price for the car was fair and reflected good value for the quality received. Additionally, the turn-in service was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!”
