“I'm gonna give Alamo a 5 start rating!!! They took care of us, they were nice and helpful. I had to take a car back for an exchange due to the check engine light on. They gave me a new one right away. If I ever need another rental car, I will go with Alamo!!”

“Customer service was great! I called in to change a reservation and they had no issue helping me. When I got into the car, I notice a warning light on the dash, again no issue trading out the car.”

Agent was helpful and courteous despite the late night hour of arrival compared to larger airport locations!”
