The check in was easy and stress free,service agents were kind and professional, the vehicle was clean,no defects, and runs perfectly, I would give this post 5 stars, but the vehicle didn't have floor mats..

Was upgraded with extra cost for the Toyota Camry and extra for the 1 way drop off. I have not driven a Hybrid and it was not explained to me that I knew nothing about a hybrid. The 1 way drop off was excessive costs
