“I purchased a washer and dryer from Badcock and have had the worst experience with the dryer before the factory warranty went out I had to have it fixed now the dryer is not working again and the EXTRA WARRANTY I bought is NOT what it cut out to be, the warranty company has cancelled 2 appointments to fix it I have been truly inconvenienced in my life having to readjust my time to get my dryer fixed and then for them to tell me they can’t come. I have reached out to the store manager Amanda and she shows no real concern for her customers inconvenience and the warranties they sell to you, and you loose money so my suggestion is not to let them SELL you their WARRANTIES they are USELESS. I have been without my dryer since Nov29,2023. The customer service from the MANAGER is HORRIBLE she gets on the phone with ATTITUDE before you even tell her what you want. I will NEVER make another purchase from this location and will advise FAMILY and FRIENDS not to shop here?…….1/18/24 I am revising my experience, I was contacted by Manager Amanda who was very polite and willing to help me and I am Thankful that she MADE IT RIGHT I will be getting a exchange on my dryer, again Thank you for fixing the Problem, I am now a HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“I've used this Home Depot for over two years now and have nothing but positives praise! Mr Calvin is the absolute Greatest of All Time when it comes to customer relations; Mr Richard is good Navy man who works cashier indoor/outdoor harboring a constant smile always happy to strike up a conversation; Kevin in tool rental is super helpful/knowledgeable and does a great job of not belittling a customer while explaining a process/operation of an unfamiliar tool; and Ms sheri is the mixologist behind the paint counter you can find her ever busy, very fun to talk to and her aprons are always the best. Ultimately ever Home Depot has what you need more or less but this group and others on the team really stand out go above and beyond and make this store awesome. Not sure who's in charge of hiring but they're doing a damn good job!”

Their inventory of beverage equipment and parts is probably the largest in the country. This is the place to go to get beverage dispensing equipment and parts. “After power surges killed our washer mid-cycle yesterday we needed something fast. Lowes and Home Depot deliveries are minimum a few weeks out. Aarons got us a rental next day. In store staff was helpful, quick and efficient. Delivery staff was even quicker and delivered in the window they stated they would. They even hooked the machine up for me. Thank you for helping us out so quickly when we were in a pinch.As far as pricing goes, we figured that if we decide to keep the washer and pay it off same as cash it would cost nearly the same as putting on Lowes credit card and paying interest and delivery fees.”

“I needed a hard to find (due to the finish) part for my delta bath hand wand. The contractor I used to the remodel the bathroom recommended Ferguson. I had my doubts but their desk parts man Jamaal N. knew exactly what I needed and found one in stock. Amazing! Installed it myself and we're good to go. Wife is quite happy we're not waiting 6 weeks to get the thing from China!”

“Update: this is still true.For the DIYer, and the professional, Lowe's has classes to teach you how to do it yourself, Lowe's has programs for the professional trades, small business women and men. Craftsman, DeWalt, Kolbalt, Metabo, Bosch, Diablo, Spyder, to name a few of the brands they carry. Plants and outdoor and garden furniture, storage and shelving, packing and shipping materials, pavers, landscaping, concrete, sheetrock, insulation, lighting and electrical, blinds and decor, paint sand caulk, plumbing, flooring and carpets and rugs, Millworks, windows, doors, trim and siding, flashing and roofing, HVAC, decking and plywood and lumber, screws, nails and fasteners, adhesives, truck and worksite secure storage and accessories, gas and electric lawnmower and lawn care equipment, irrigation, grills and griddles, hand and power tools, and more.They've been rearranging the stores lately, so it takes a bit of reorienting yourselves in order to find things, the landmarks changing makes navigating to your intended designation harder. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to do that, but I'm pretty sure they do it so that you go places you didn't intend, on the off chance you'll buy something you didn't come for. Bah!
