“I went without my medication for over a month (and not for the first time) because Walgreens couldn’t fill it. I decided to try a local pharmacy and walked into Jackson Pace on a whim. I walked out 5 minutes later with my prescription. Thankful doesn’t cover it!”
“I hate this illness that I live with every day. But I have no choice, I cannot wish it away. I have a genetic brain disorder and sometimes it decides what's going to happen for me. This morning I fell in Publix parking lot, and I hit my head. It was very embarrassing. Because sometimes it hits when I have run out of energy. Like today I had been driving with me and my dogs for over two hours. That's a lot for me. I should have known better I admit. The Publix's folks could not have been nicer. They bought me in. And looked after me. They called my wife so that they could know what my illness does. I could not have asked for more caring and understanding than I received this morning. Thank you so much! Once my wife explained she came and got me home, it wasn't far. Again thank you sorry to say but now that we live in this are it may happen again.”

I stopped by Walmart recently to pick up some essential items for my semi, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. The store was well-stocked with everything I needed—from tools and cleaning supplies to snacks and a few comfort items for the road.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. One of the Walmart associates went above and beyond to help me find everything on my list. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and patient, walking me to each section and making sure I had exactly what I needed. It made a big difference, especially after a long day on the road.
It’s rare to get that level of personal attention these days, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you, Walmart, and a special shout-out to the associate who made my visit so pleasant and efficient. I’ll definitely be back!”

He was crying and very resistant, but they stayed calm, kind, and reassuring the entire time. Their encouragement made him feel safe and eventually calmed him down enough to take the photo. “I just had an amazing experience in the pharmacy! I had a script for a med not covered by my insurance. I was going to have to come out-of-pocket upwards of $90. I searched online for discounts before approaching the pharmacy window. A handsome young man with awesome hair, wearing a Walgreens shirt, greeted me, listened and then said, “Let me search the system. I might be able to find it lower.”
He tapped his keys and read from the screen for several minutes. Luckily, no one was behind me. He took his time and got it down to $50!!! Fifty dollars, almost half off! I could’ve jumped through that window and kissed him! I told him I wish there was a survey I could do for him. Instead, I’m shouting him out in this glowing review! His name is Joseph and he has awesome hair!”

“The CVS on Northwest Highway in Grapevine, Texas is excellent. There is never a long wait time and the pharmacist is always looking out for any problems that a prescription might give you. He takes the time out of this busy day to answer any questions that you have. Unless they have a team change, I’m sticking with this pharmacy. It’s one of the best I’ve ever used. I’m sure the rest of y’all understand that pharmacies can cause a lot of problems. This is not one of those pharmacies. They have a great staff, and I would at least give them a try if you’re looking for a new one.”
“I pray that Alex is recognized for his above and beyond service. My wife and I were looking for fresh mint leaves at the Creighton Pensacola location, July 5th around 9:30pm. A young man named Alex was stocking the fresh produce section. He was hard at work stocking, but we asked if he could help us find some fresh mint. He wasn't able to look it up on his device, so he called a coworker over for help too, but we just said thanks to Alex and told him not to worry about it. He insisted however, it was his job and he was happy to help. After just a minute or two in the warehouse he comes out with a whole box of fresh mint and a smile which made our night.

Please recognize this young man for excellence in customer service like we have not experienced at this location before. He went above anf beyond for us.
