“I went without my medication for over a month (and not for the first time) because Walgreens couldn’t fill it. I decided to try a local pharmacy and walked into Jackson Pace on a whim. I walked out 5 minutes later with my prescription. Thankful doesn’t cover it!”
“I hate this illness that I live with every day. But I have no choice, I cannot wish it away. I have a genetic brain disorder and sometimes it decides what's going to happen for me. This morning I fell in Publix parking lot, and I hit my head. It was very embarrassing. Because sometimes it hits when I have run out of energy. Like today I had been driving with me and my dogs for over two hours. That's a lot for me. I should have known better I admit. The Publix's folks could not have been nicer. They bought me in. And looked after me. They called my wife so that they could know what my illness does. I could not have asked for more caring and understanding than I received this morning. Thank you so much! Once my wife explained she came and got me home, it wasn't far. Again thank you sorry to say but now that we live in this are it may happen again.”
“As someone without insurance of any kind I have found this pharmacy the cheapest for my specific medications. They also run pretty decent prices on their OTC stock often even CHEAPER than a dollar store. The staff are ROCKSTARS!”

“The pediatric office in Pace has been a godsend for our family with a medically complex child. Dr. Zimmerman is very thorough and takes her time to hear concerns and make treatment plans. We were also pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and kindness we experienced yesterday at the "pediatric convenient care" location on 9th Avenue. As a walk in we expected to wait for hours and to only see the doctor a short time, however, we found the whole staff to be compassionate and thorough. Dr. Southwick spent ample amount of time in the room, helping not only diagnose the problem, but also make our complex patient feel at ease. Thank you Community Health NWFL!”

I stopped by Walmart recently to pick up some essential items for my semi, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. The store was well-stocked with everything I needed—from tools and cleaning supplies to snacks and a few comfort items for the road.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. One of the Walmart associates went above and beyond to help me find everything on my list. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and patient, walking me to each section and making sure I had exactly what I needed. It made a big difference, especially after a long day on the road.
It’s rare to get that level of personal attention these days, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you, Walmart, and a special shout-out to the associate who made my visit so pleasant and efficient. I’ll definitely be back!”

“The 3 star rating is for the overall experience that I had at Sams Club tires. The tires I ordered and prepared to have put on my vehicle we're not there when I arrived and needed to be ordered. I had arranged transportation and to drop my car for the day and was unable to get to anything done. We finally decided to order a different set and have it done on another day. I paid an extra $150 to have all four of my tire pressure sensors replaced as well because my light had been on for some time. The staff was unaware that my vehicle required a factory sensor reset so, after paying all of that money to have the sensors replaced they still did not work and my light was still on. They had already gotten rid of my old sensors so I was stuck with $150 of new sensors that did not read. Clint suggested that I drive them and see if the manual reset works and come back if it doesn't. I drove it for 2 days and came back to let them know that it wasn't working. Clint was not there, but Spencer C helped me. He was fantastic! If I could give him a rating it would be 10 out of five stars. He was kind and compassionate and understood my frustration. He did everything he could do to make it right and was polite and caring during the process. Sam's would do well to hire more employees like Spencer C. He os a gem!”

I recently had an exceptional experience with the print service at Walgreens, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I was in a bind, needing prints urgently, and was worried I might have to go elsewhere. However, the outstanding customer service I received from Ms. Pam changed everything.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and guided through the process with ease. Ms. Pam, who assisted me, was incredibly professional and attentive. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of promptly, and her confidence put my mind at ease.
True to her word, my prints were ready very quickly, exceeding my expectations in terms of both speed and quality. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Ms. Pam's expertise and dedication. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated.
Walgreens has earned my highest recommendation for their print services. If you're looking for quick, reliable, and friendly service, look no further. I'll definitely be returning for all my future printing needs.

“I pray that Alex is recognized for his above and beyond service. My wife and I were looking for fresh mint leaves at the Creighton Pensacola location, July 5th around 9:30pm. A young man named Alex was stocking the fresh produce section. He was hard at work stocking, but we asked if he could help us find some fresh mint. He wasn't able to look it up on his device, so he called a coworker over for help too, but we just said thanks to Alex and told him not to worry about it. He insisted however, it was his job and he was happy to help. After just a minute or two in the warehouse he comes out with a whole box of fresh mint and a smile which made our night.
God bless you and your household Alex for your kindness, your hard work, and your integrity. Please recognize this young man for excellence in customer service like we have not experienced at this location before. He went above anf beyond for us. “Honestly, I’m perplexed by the bad reviews. I’ve been using this pharmacy for coming up on a year now. Every single staff member has been kind & cheerful. They talk to my son when he’s w/ me. They’ve given me info for things unrelated to my prescriptions. Always greeted w/ a smile. Anytime I had an issue, they solved it quickly & efficiently. I love this pharmacy & their drive thru window. We travel for a living & this has been my favorite pharmacy hands down.”

“Cora is truly a amazing caring and beautiful human being I cae up there to pick up prescriptions and I needed to look for huloney or honey tea now normally I can find it but had eye surgery a couple weeks back and not fully healed not only did she help me she took the time to look through each tea too see if it was honey tea and then helped me find the honey I need Cora is truly a one of a kind employee and truly is a beautiful person who cares about the customers please give Cora an employee of the month and a pay raise”
