So I dont mind the extra step to get into my car just to get copies. “I wanted to take a moment to leave a review specifically for Elvis, because he was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly went above and beyond to help me.
Last Wednesday, August 19th, I visited UPS Store #3971 to have a document notarized, scanned, and emailed. I followed all of the required steps, including providing my ID, signing the notary book, and completing the paperwork. Unfortunately, I found out almost a week later that the document had never actually been sent.
When I contacted the original store, I was told there wasn’t a way to retrieve the document and that I would need to come back with my receipt and pay to have it notarized again. When I explained the situation and asked to speak with the owner, the experience became very frustrating and, honestly, disappointing. I was even hung up on during the conversation, and no apology was offered afterward.
At that point, I contacted another UPS Store hoping someone could help me figure out what to do. That is when I spoke with Elvis.
Elvis immediately apologized on behalf of UPS and said, essentially, “You don’t have to worry about that. Come to my store and I’ll take care of you.” And he did exactly that.
This wasn’t even his store, and this wasn’t his mistake or his responsibility, yet he took the time to listen to me, understand what had happened, and make the situation right. When I arrived, he notarized my document without hesitation and made sure I was copied on the email so I could confirm it was actually sent.
I honestly would have thought Elvis was the manager because of how professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful he was.
I’m going through a lot of challenges right now, and having someone simply be willing to help, listen, and do the right thing meant more to me than he probably realizes. Customer service like that makes a HUGE difference.
Elvis, thank you for going above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even technically your customer or your problem. You represented UPS beautifully, and I truly appreciate you taking care of me when you absolutely did not have to.

The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of my favorite features is the self-service return station. I can walk in, scan my return, drop it off, and be back out the door in just a few minutes. Easy peasy.

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. The local warehouse is located only a few miles away from me in Pensacola and it’s so refreshing to get to speak to someone local who understands good customer service.
I recently ordered kitchen appliances from Frigidaire and the moment I got a notification my order was ready to schedule someone from the RXO in Pensacola called me and gave me all the info I needed.
Someone named Mike called me first and he spoke to me like a good friend or relative and treated me with respect and even thanked me for my business!
A short time after that, a second person from this location named Eddy I think called me and reviewed my services, asked if I needed any additional assistance or if I had any concerns and even let me choose my own delivery window which is not something you get from anyone else. He also called me after the installation to confirm everything was done to my satisfaction. It’s nice to know there are still companies out there that know how to speak to their customers!!!
My delivery team showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. They called me in the morning , when they were an hour away, when they were 30 mins away and finally once they were on my street. They laughed and were clearly happy to be working for this company. They were respectful of my home and took great care in maneuvering through my home. They even swept after themselves.
