“Kind of disappointed,I bought a pair of boots in January and within a month they had a small hole in them, but it continued to get larger and now the whole toe is almost completely gone in April . At this rate I would have to spend $1000 a year to have decent work boots. Also had to switch out the soles they were hurting my feet so bad. I do landscaping, so I'm not gentle on boots but I had hoped to get more than 3 months out of a pair of boots”

“Got a pair of thorogoods from here recently. The sole quickly became detached from the left boot (clearly, manufacturers defect), so when I went to return them, I 1000% expected to be told I needed to go through the manufacturer... But no, the shoes were promptly replaced, and all is right in the world! But seriously, that kind of customer service just won safety shoes plus a lifetime customer in me! I can't recommend them enough!! 10 out of 5 stars!!”

“I had the best customer service experience today at Splash. It has been such a long time since I had an employee from any establishment on the Emerald coast give the service that I received today. We actually had her help us at their other store on Perdido called Paradise yesterday. She recommended that we try Splash since they are having an amazing end of summer sale. Yesterday she made restaurant recommendations and spoke about the Blue Angels ( which my husband thoroughly enjoed) Low and behold she was working at Splash today. Again,was not a fluke. She took the time to help my husband find a bathing suit. Beverly is awesome. Can't say enough about her customer service and genuine care. Go see her for yourself!”
“The workers were nice and helped me with my shoe purchase, but the shoes I picked out were the 79.00 dollar shoe of the week, so I thought. When they got rung up they rung up higher and the lady that worked there called the store manager and was told that particular shoe was in the wrong spot
and they weren't 79.00 dollar, It should have still been honored for that price but it wasn't and that's disappointing.”

One note about outside of store: the awning on the outside facing the parking lot is in need of some attention. If this store wants to portray an image of quality and class then I'd suggest to replace (or at least pressure wash) the awning.”
