“Arturito’s Pharmacy is truly the best! The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I came in crying, overwhelmed, and frustrated after running around all day trying to get everything prepared for surgery. Arturito immediately took care of me, helped calm me down, and had my prescription filled in under 10 minutes—even though they were about to close for the day.
Another gentleman there even took the time to pray for me before my surgery, which meant more to me than they’ll ever know. 🥹❤
This was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any business. Everyone was so caring, compassionate, and understanding during a moment when I really needed it. My medications were also reasonably priced, and they had everything I needed for my recovery.

“This is my neighborhood Publix. I grab dinner at the deli counter probably once or twice a week. Mondy in the deli is the BEST! She is friendly. Today she noticed me waiting for service. She stopped what she was doing in the back, washed her hands and helped me out right away. She always gives a full plate of food, too. Never skimps out.”
“Thank you to the amazing staff and customers who helped my good friend on Saturday afternoon, 4/25/26, when her legs collapsed and she fell to the floor.
So many people came to our aid. One woman found a chair Another brought the special cart with the seat. People helped lift her to the cart. The staff helped us to our car, checked out our groceries for us, and loaded our bags. They stayed with my friend while I ran in and paid.
Everyone went above and beyond to help us and my friend and I can't thank you enough!!

“Today I went in on a busy Saturday and went to the deli which is always busy even on weekdays but I had the pleasure of being helped by the most sweetest lady named Damaris in Deli. She was smiling and even went above and beyond without the look of annoyance because I usually order Boar’s head Cajun turkey which requires them to slice. They also ran out of white sub bread but she went and grabbed fresh ones from the bakery for me. I was looking for a manger to let them know what a great employee she was but didn’t see any as I was checking out. Please let her know how she made me feel like a valued customer.”

“This is by far my favorite place to shop in coconut grove. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They recently remodeled all of the coolers so that any of the chilled goods are now behind cooler doors. Not sitting out on shelves , thus keeping all of our food fresh longer. A significant upgrade for a budget grocery store.”

There was a guy when I got there attending to someone and when it was my turn, he left so I went to her line and waited. She got upset because she said that she didn’t see me and she had two lines. I told her that I had been waiting there for almost 10 minutes. It was 8 pm. She didn’t even say thank you or apologized I told her to blame the co worker that left me and her that’s all”

“This is the best pharmacy on earth. I drive clear across town to pick up RX meds here because it’s worth it. I have never been frustrated, irritated, or stressed out by this pharmacy. I had been trying to get my toddler son’s antibiotic ear drops from CVS for 3 months… and I mean EVERY CVS. I would call every day, Leave a message and pray they would call me back. If they did call me back, they would tell me the medication hadn’t arrived and that it was such a hard medication to get. Suggests I try again the next day. My pediatrician told me about Marco Drugs. They called in the RX. Marco Drugs had it in 48 hrs. I literally cried when I picked up the mediation. Ever since then, whenever I need any medication, it’s ready for pickup next day.
I am so unbelievably thankful for this pharmacy and its team. When your 1.5 year old is sick, you will do anything to help them get better. It’s a heartbreaking experience to watch them suffer while you’re doing everything possible to help them and a nationwide pharmacy just doesn’t care to help. By the way- I also called every Walgreens. Marco Drugs and Compounding is the way to go.”
“For the people wondering no this store is not going to be Aldi along with 4 others in Miami Dade and 5 in Broward and 5 in Palm Beach. You will still have WD to shop at and to a previous person this is is not the last WD there are plenty more all over FL.. But this store is very nice and pretty.”
