“I have sent through UPS at this Pinecrest Fl office in the last 4 years I have sent small boxes medium boxes and I have always received the best attention there a small line is really something very fast very friendly the people who work there help me with the boxes To finish closing them, the price is very convenient. And the best thing is that every day the service was expedited from Miami to Jaci at the normal rate and I had to put a box on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday and it has been more than 2 months since they sent the box on Monday and it arrives on Tuesday afternoon So I'm very happy that's why I give five stars Thank you very much UPS”

“This review is well over due. I never write reviews. What can I say, Daniel and Tony are awesome. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. They gave me updates on my vehicles arrival and made sure that my car would get delivered safe and sound.
I got the enclosed transportation. If you have the extra money I suggest to get that then the open transportation so there won’t be any damage to your vehicle during transport due to weather and other things during transport. Your car is protected enclosed!!!
I had the pleasure of IM LOGISTICS GROUP INC transporting my vehicle enclosed. What an outstanding transport company, awesome customer service all around, updates when vehicle will be arriving etc. I received my car on 11/10/25. It took 7 days to deliver since the car was coming from CT to CA. I forgot the two people’s name that delivered my car to me but they were nice and awesome individuals. I wouldn’t had any other company deliver my vehicle at all.
The big rig was fitted with all the bells and whistles to transport your vehicle safely. The rig was clean inside out.
What a great experience with DYNAMIC AUTO MOVERS and IM LOGISTICS GROUP INC. I would never go anywhere else with my vehicle transportation needs.

“I have to give huge compliments to Luis and Jason. They went so far above and beyond to help my sister and myself.
On Friday, I went there to ship a package to my sister, and as things happen, the delivery was having issues. Trying to get through to UPS Corporate was a nightmare, but after I called them, Jason and Luis were all over this and got the issue resolved very very quickly.
That type of customer service is very rarely seen. I know that people are often quick to complain, but in this case, they deserve all the compliments they can get.

Passed by to drop off a return and print a card for my husband as an anniversary gift, three different employees seemed to be working and all three were extremely polite and efficient. I had never printed images that weren’t pictures and the man attending me was so helpful. He helped me pick a size, paper quality, and even cut the photos for me. Ended up deciding to print one extra item and a young lady attended me that time, she was just as kind. Knew I had to write a review immediately because it’s not often you go somewhere and see excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten their names to include in the review because employees like that deserve the praise!”
