I am not sure why I only see 3.2 stars of reviews for this UPS store. I’ve maybe been here a half dozen times and each time I have found them to be friendly, efficient and helpful. Yes, there might be a little bit of a wait, but that is to be expected. They do move the line pretty quickly and take care of business

Every time I go to this location, they are available to help in super very nice and respectful manner. Never lost a package and packages always delivered on time!
