“Read til the endIs it fun? Dear god it’s a blast. But here has been my experience. Sales is amazing. They’ll bend over backwards to sell you a $14,000 board and ship it immediately. After one short season in the northeast, mine wouldn’t start anymore. It was under warranty so I figured I’d send it back to get it fixed. The entire process took about 2 months longer than they said it would and the warranty didn’t cover anything. Communication was terrible. However, once a gentleman named Or became aware of my situation he went above and beyond to salvage my experience. He opened a line of communication and got things done for me very quickly and did everything he could to make things right. Or was a huge part of winning me back to this company when I was ready to leave it for another brand.”

“Recently I bought some Wing foil equipment from Adventure Sports USA, at the Doral Florida store. Unfortunately, I have some failures with the equipment that need to be addressed. (Shit happens) I approached the staff at the Doral store and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer care that Joseph and Sergio demonstrate. They took full responsibility for the problems, did not try to make excuses, did not try to put the blame on misuse of equipment, or extreme weather conditions, nothing, Full responsibility, and they made everything possible to resolve all issues to my full satisfaction. In an Era of declining customer service across the board it is refreshing to see that there are still insulated Islands of great customer service. Even in the beginning or middle of a particular season, for instance: ski/snowboarding you can find some awesome awesome deals here. I was in need of a snow bib for the mountain and for snowblowing my driveway, checked their website and had plenty to choose from. They typically offer a promo code for new customers that will reduce the cost of a full priced item and I saved a great deal on this bib. They carry great name brands and deals for pretty much all sports, not just the winter ones. I highly recommend Peter Glenn, even if only for comparison. I have never been in an actual store, since none are in my state, but that has not steered me away the least. They have great customer service and I would like to thank George Lewis for his support in getting my recent order to arrive just in time with no hiccups.
