“The e-mail states that the launch started at 3pm. The store was sold out by 6pm. The midnight release was for pickups. The huge line was waiting for their paid product.”
“The perfumes are not having quality,* THEY HAVE NO FIXATIVE* and they always say... oh it's your skin. Please.. at the moment they no longer feel it.. I have had that experience with perfumes that I have always used. The last one from BULGARY CORAL, did the cover peel off???? incredible!! It came with a pink plastic lid... I never bought that perfume like that. I didn't realize and the bottle, box and receipt, I couldn't claim it. A recognized brand perfume, it always has its seal and characteristics, and beyond that expensive !! and the employees talk loudly among themselves and with cell phones.. Some very friendly. Regarding the clothing designs, they are not very up to date and very expensive... I think Ross has better designs than Macys, which I have always liked. The bathrooms are a disaster, for an expensive store, they should fix them and make them new . Sorry, it's my opinion. There is a lot of competition, they should value it, since I have always loved Macys.”

“A convenient place to get affordable items or just to shop around for gifts or the household. They have a good range of products without the expectation of a brand tag. But they do have a rather interesting range of local and international candies and chocolates. They sell items also based on occasions and seasons.Service is ok, although nothing to brag about, but also no complains.”
“The staff at this build a bear are top tier. Every experiences has been one full of joy and professionalism. I’ve come here twice and both times I was met with different employees but the same warm and fun energy. I had purchased my bear near closing and the staff were so polite, even when we got caught up in our own little world to notice that the transaction was over and we had no business being there! Heavily recommended this location for all your plush friend needs!”
“I don’t know where to even begin because of how mad I am right now. Yesterday was my daughter’s birthday and I received a bday coupon for 10 off so I bring her to this location and she picked bear and all the things that come with what is suppose to be a wonderful bday experience. I head to checkout and show the cashier the email with the coupon and she reads it and proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know how to ring it up.
So I’m waiting there, my daughter with a birthday shirt and all and this lady tells me that we should just order the bear online. Excuse me? I was in disbelief. I proceeded to pay for the bear full price but I will NEVER go to build. Bear ever again.”
“My favorite toy store! They have so many cool and unique toys and games. Their customer service is exemplary. I took my niece to pick out a toy for her birthday last week. Unfortunately, there was an accident in the shopping center that took out the power for all of the stores in vicinity. They made the sale work so she could take home her Dragon Egg. We had one happy little girl.”
