“Wow! To say I was blown away was an understatement. Before I arrived, I recall having a conversation with my friend that I was nervous any time I have to get my car fixed, as it is common in the industry for women to be ripped off when being quoted for mechanic work. My mind has been forever changed. I went in wish an issue with my AC blowing hot air. Instead of trying to replace the entire compressor, Kevin, the shop owner, explained to me it was just an issue with the face plate coming loose and kept the car overnight to get it fixed — this saved me over $800. He was patient, took his time explaining the issue in detail and made me feel comfortable with the repair process.In addition, Danny had my undercarriage and front bumper repaired at the expense of his own time and asked for nothing in return. When my Uber arrived, he carried my bags to the car for me. Chivalry is not dead, The professionalism and genuine nature of this shop is what makes this world a better place. To say it brought tears to my eyes is an understatement. I can’t say how appreciative I am of these guys, people like this, as Kevin stated, are a dying breed.They will always have my business for as long as I am around. I got there early afternoon and I hoped the repair (new alternator) could be done that afternoon. “I have been a customer of theirs about 30 yrs. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Today I went 11/14/23 and Jack, Dion?(I think that's his name) and Mike were great! Jack showed me how dirty my oil was and I told him I was supposed to have it done in June but my son passed and I just haven't been able to do much. He was so sweet and understanding and he said a prayer with me. He suggested to put a cleaner in it as my spark plugs were just changed yesterday and it started doing the same thing. After they finished and I started the car my check engine light went out and it ran great! He also made it more affordable for me.
