“I took my car in after roadside having to jump my dead battery when i was headed to work yesterday. Together Fred and RJ got taken care of and me back on the road with a new battery, oil change and rotated tires as my maintenance light had also begun flashing recently as well. I can't thank them enough for once again, such a great experience! I absolutely love Crown Honda. The service and sales department here is hands down the absolute best in every way. Not only because of their superior service but every single person here has treated me with such kindness and respect.
I bought my HR-V a couple of months ago so I have to mention Enver, Dali and Nikolay!!!! I absolutely can't say enough about these guys in sales!!! I was so nervous and indecisive and they were so patient, honest and understanding....with no pressure. What a concept. Not only did they make this the best experience but I can honestly say that they feel like family every time I stop in. You may be able to buy a Honda anywhere, but if you're looking for a great car and a great experience, do yourself a favor and go to Crown Honda. It's not like any other dealership I've ever been to.”

“The insurance company made me to go to another shop and they failed to repair the dent 3 times. When I got the car home I found my vehicle in need of professional cleaning and that the shop had oversprayed my brand new car parts!

“Juljan is an honest and hard working mechanic. He beat other mechanics prices - However that is not just it - he is great because he takes photos and videos of the work to explain why repairs were needed . Being a female he was patient with explaining about the control arm and axel - during repairing process he found other issues, took pictures and videos, and got that done as well. He is professional keeps in contact with you and is upfront with all cost.. being a customer now he just took care of a tire issue complementary. Support him as a mechanic you will not be disappointed.”
“I came from Orlando yesterday, and I unfortunately ran into an issue. I woke up to go to class, and my tire had gone flat overnight. I brought it in and they were willing to accommodate me despite the situation. They explained everything that could have been wrong, and advised me on the best thing to do for my drive back to Orlando.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Joy, Sammy, and Rich were very professional and fast-acting when it came to switching out my tire!”

I reached out to them via email/ text inquiring about a possible issue with my vehicle and they responded same day and were very patient with all the questions I asked! “Had a tire blow and towed it there at 545pm by 6pm the assistant manager David was already calling me with tire prices and options available to me. He had my car ready by 10am with 4 new tires and an alignment. The Mavis is by far by favorite place to deal with when I have car issues. “Scotty is THE man to go to for any type of window tint. He's tinted my car and all of my families cars and we have never had any issues with the tint, no scratches, no peeling, nothing. Not to mention that even if we did have any issues with the tint he said to just come back and he would fix it free of charge... All around friendly great guy to do business with and offers very fair pricing.”

“I communicated with Esther to discuss having my S2000 checked out as I was concerned about the clutch and transmission. We scheduled an appointment a few moths in advance as they were booked solid.
Once LHT Performance had the car they communicated with via emails and phone calls. John made his recommendations and I approved them all. The clutch/transmission issue was not a serious issue and saved me many thousands of dollars.
John’s honesty is something special is this day and age. His passion of working on cars and giving his clients a fair, honest deal is heart warming.

Second entry 8/28/24 Dam!!! They did it again...This is my second and latest post...After purchasing 4 new tires at Pats Automotive 3 weeks later I picked up a large roofing nail right in between the treads and wasnt sure howcto fix this big problem...Once again the expert crew at Pats Automotive knew exactly what needed to be done and as usual completed an expert repair on the new tire saving it from fragmentation and splitting apart and replacing it completely.
The team at Pats Auto are really good at what they do and helping others is how they make their living.
Honest, and Trustable..these are the guys you tell your Mom and Dad to visit and they explain in simple language the terms of your situation because everyone is different.
Again they have earned my respect and loyalty and I will continue to return my repair needs to them and will recommend them for yours also!!!”

“Thur 7/9/ & Fri 7/10, I took my 1997 Ford Aerostar Van here to Jeremy. Main mechanic. He fixed my Linkage shift problem, which was bad. Also. he got my A/C working which hasn't really Ever worked. #He did a good job in 2 days & at a reasonable price.. #Also, In January 2024, he changed out ALL my original coolant hoses, etc. His work was well done & by the next day. #I would recommend him & the Shop to anyone who wants a reliable person, a reasonable turnover time, & at a good price.”
