I got the tires I asked for. Kori, the store manager, was friendly and professional. I took one star off; I was not pleased with the store employee who checked me out.

I like the tires, but I made an appointment at 10 a.m., for which I was 15 minutes early, and my car didn't go on the hoist until after noon. It was four hours out of my day. Not sure why I made the appointment.

Waiting for over ten minutes to speak to a team member is INSANE for a place so expensive.
