I have been in the customer service industry for 25 years and I am a supervisor. Part of my job consists of interviewing and hiring promising applicants for our stores. My husband assist in running an AC and plumbing company so obviously customer service is at the forefront of who we are. I can tell you that I have never been more impressed with an associate. “Kudos to WOW! Thank you for fast courteous service! Last Tuesday, 8/11-I contacted WOW through FB messenger and chatted with their customer support about 2 issues with some of their equipment in my neighborhood. I was surprised when the very next morning, 2 field service technicians arrived at my house and immediately addressed moving their service equipment and lines to the newer utility pole. They were fast and efficient. In addition, they had already taken care of the other problem I had reported after some trees were cut down in a neighbors yard- and the WOW communications cylinder had become loose and was hanging. Thank you very much!”
