Andres also deserves a raise.... The best managers are always underpaid. And Andres should be a RGM. Because if all regional managers at all service stores, restaurants, stores, ect were like him, well so many places wouldn't be closing and losing to Amazon and delivery services. Because what Amazon And the likes, don't have is personality and charisma, and whether real or not, Andres really made me feel like he cared about what was best for me and my situation... Despite having to stay late after every other store in the mall had closed their bars... He never showed one iota of irritation or impatience. He just made me feel like he cared. And we just got over, less than a month ago, the second hurricane which is why I needed portable internet because of the flooding and the roof and all that. And sealed and sold out hotels Wi-Fis not working .And it might have been the first time since the hurricanes that I didn't feel hopeless. Because I remembered the positive things in life like really good people.
And I wanted to add the reason I went to T-Mobile when I did not have T-Mobile before and while I will be switching my phone plans as well is because during the second hurricane the majority of the city over 70% didn't have power for a week and we we're powering our phones with our cars before we ran out of gas and any which way we could and for over a week. The only service that worked was T-Mobile. I had Verizon on one phone through my home internet and it took several weeks for not only the phone to work but the Home internet. And because everybody was staying in motels and hotels sold out and we all spoke to each other. I discovered through friends and strangers. Everyone with AT&t and Verizon could not get on the internet. I didn't find one person with T-Mobile who had any real issues.

And being there for us during the hurricanes And after when despite our area, and Andres and Christian probably going through the worst of it too, we really aren't used to them like that.. And you would never know by how positive and happy it feels in that store that we went through anything at all.”

Unfortunately we just got hit by Helene and Milton back to back and have been without Internet for far more than a reasonable amount of time. They have been rude to my husband and ZERO percent of what they have said has been true. We have had power back for nearly a week and still no internet. It is really hard to get back to normal and hire help for the projects we need when there is no internet. St Pete is hurting and Spectrum does not seem to care, does not seem to be trying. How have I seen one truck, why is there a need to be rude to customers that need to work??? Power trucks from TX have been heros- Spectrum has been a big ZERO. How can there be that many workers and I have seen one truck. I use internet to take care of my demented mother... NOTHING I need is working and the worst part is you do not seem to care.”
