“T-Mobile closed the store on 66th Street near Tyrone Blvd and has this one on Tyrone Blvd near Park Street. I just bought a new phone and wanted to transfer all my data over from my old one. The Staff at this store are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me immediately, we were done in a short period of time and they inquired if I wanted to buy any accessories and once I declined, they didn't try to push it. I'm not sure about others, but for the 18 to 20 years I've been with T-Mobile I've always had good service from their employees.”

“We visited T-Mobile today at 4933 34th St. S. in St. Petersburg, and met with Kervens Jean-Joseph and Quinn Walker. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They solved our problem with switching our service from Xfinity to T-Mobile (no easy task!) for us with patience and efficiency. We highly recommend this store, and these two people in particular.”

After spending six hours with customer service the previous night with no avail to my problem, I got my problem solved in half hour with Mr Franklin at the 1160 Gulf to Bay location. He understood my situation immediately and resolved my issue without any hiccups. He was very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Thanks Franklin. Great to be back with T-Mobile.”

“Had a T1 circuit far longer than we should have ($279/mo overpay for 1.5mbps). They insist we return the ancient T1 router or they will charge us $850 for something that is $50 or less on ebay. No one even uses T1 anymore. Pure greed policy and not reasonable at all. I wrote in about this before they charged me and they never bothered to reply. Update: Rep called me and erased fees. So they get upgraded to 4 stars for having some people that care. They blamed automated procedures and software which sounds reasonable. Wanted to know email that didn't respond to look into fixing this problem in future. Happy with end result.”

“I went in to this store to get help with an issue I was having. Employee Kwesi helped me out at first and was very helpful and personable, but it became obvious we would need a manager to help. Store manager Michael was extremely helpful and went out of his away and way beyond expectations to solve a problem for me. The customer service that I experienced in this store, especially the help from Michael, was fantastic.”

“I've been servicing hotels as a WiFi technician in the SF Bay Area and for many years have heard many good comments regarding Hotel Internet Services from the GMs of these hotels. This includes major hotels such as the Hyatt Regency, Stanford Court, and the newly renovated Caza Hotel in Fishermans Wharf. One thing the GMs really appreciate, and have commented on specifically, is that H.I.S. WiFi network blocks illegal movie downloads. Most guests at a hotel don't realize that the entertainment industry can legally have the Internet Service Provider of a hotel shut off the hotels internet if guests are illegally downloading movies from unauthorized websites. H.I.S.'s equipment prevents this and is one of the extra services that this company provides that you won't find at other internet companies. My own experience with using wifi at these hotels is that it's fast, reliable and there's very good coverage.”

I am not a tech person, Mary was very patient, listened to my issues and promptly gave me several options to resolve my problem. Will be back to see Mary in the new year for additional products. “ATT was always my go to but I can’t deal with them anymore so I walked into this Verizon Store just for fun to see whats out there for me.I am glad I ran into Gennaro! If you are looking for someone that is willing to listen and explain to you the benefits like a 100 times and not try to sell you on everything Gennaro is your guy. He was super knowledgeable and nice and I ended up leaving with 2 new lines and phone, and also home internet on top of that! I’ll definitely recommend everybody going there, Management is amazing and helpful as well.”

“On October 26 I visited the spectrum store at 1402 66th Street. I have had a Android phone for over twenty years. I met with Finnegan Small a spectrum representative who was exceptional! He explained an update to the iphone and I was sold. I was given over two hundred dollars a s a trade-in from my android. He packaged my old phone with postage and all I had to do was cross the street to the post office drop-off. Again my experience was exceptional, Informative and thorough getting me the best deal! I returned the following week and had my son's iphone updated to an 15 also. Again, Mr. Small explained the advantages of paying off my son's phone for an upgrade to a 15. I did so and we walked out of the store with his new phone. Mr. small took care of all the data transfers with ease. You can't get better service. He should be commended! the review doesn't stop here. I returned the following week and purchased an ipad for my business with Mr. Finnegan again guiding through the purchase with ease. By the way, after my first encounter I asked for Mr. Small directly by making an appointment. He is a credit to making Spectrum customers comfortable and getting just what you need.”
