“After having distressing experiences w/"Public Storage" I was leery of getting another unit, & Mum telling me the guys here were great wasn't rlly reassuring. Mum is pretty trusting & so sweet, people are normally kind & helpful. I'm from Boston, & while the comic wit is usually appreciated, the # of questions is an added degree of difficulty. It helps if I tell people "Just imagine I'm a "secret shopper". It could be a test, but it's just a challenge, lol."

“The staff here is super helpful and great to work with! We recently had to ship a couple of gifts but weren't sure about the proper box size. The staff was very understanding in helping us select the best sized box for our items and with us packing the boxes on site. Even when there was a rush of people needing help, they were curteous and helpful to all.”
“Whenever I have to return an item from Amazon, I always go to this particular UPS store, Miss Kasey , Mr. Riley and Mr. Regis are usually the people that help me. All three are very, very friendly and they always welcome me when I walk in the door, They are always very helpful when I need to bring up something on my phone in order for them to get a ticket to send my package out. It makes me happy when I need to return something from Amazon and that is because I get to go to the UPS and see if not all three that day at least one of them that day I love this UPS because of the employees that work there!!!!”
