“I have been a customer of this store for a long time both for UPS shipping and the attached storage facility. Recently I shipped some important financial documents from the location and contrary to my UPS experience, the package disappeared from tracking. I called several times, frantic and the staff was so very professional in trying to calm me while attempting to determine where my package was. Over several days, they continued to research and inquire. I am convinced that due to their diligence, the package was found. Someone from the store called me to make sure I knew it had been found and was on its way! I am so very grateful for their professional manner even as I was freaking out. They went above and beyond for me and what a gift to find people who actually care. Many, many thanks!”
