“I needed a place, and this was what I chose. It was easy to get to, the directions to get in were easy to follow. And today I checked out. Made sure I swept out my storage (brought a broom just for that and a bag for the trash) and went in to let the manager know I was leaving. He said he would send out an email confirmation that I checked out. And he was as good as his word. Got the email shortly after I got home. Great experience, no issues, and it was safe, glad I chose this place close to my home to store my goods. All in all great experience. Thanks!”

Recently I shipped some important financial documents from the location and contrary to my UPS experience, the package disappeared from tracking. I called several times, frantic and the staff was so very professional in trying to calm me while attempting to determine where my package was. Over several days, they continued to research and inquire. I am convinced that due to their diligence, the package was found. Someone from the store called me to make sure I knew it had been found and was on its way! I am so very grateful for their professional manner even as I was freaking out.
