“Booked an appointment here a day in advance for noon. Came in, bank was pretty much empty. I sat down and eventually a man came out and asked if I had been helped. I told him I was for an appointment and he let me know Michael would be done soon with his previous appointment and that he’d be right with me. Minutes later Michael came out, introduced himself and let me know the same thing. Probably no more than 5 minutes later I was sitting in Michael’s office opening a checking account.
The process was fast, easy and Michael was personable and great. Was done in about 20 minutes. After I opened my basic account, the branch manager also came to welcome me to Bank of America and asked how my experience was. Pretty above and beyond for just opening a small basic checking account!
I’ve been to Bank of America before and actually left them years ago for another bank because the customer service was pretty poor. But today I was treated well, serviced quickly and had a great overall visit.
