“To be honest, I visit liquor store maybe two or three times per year, and it is usually to get my spiced Rum for my baking, but whenever I go to this Walmart liquor store I always find what I need and when I have some questions or I need advice, employees are eager to help me. “Awesome wine & spirit liquor store located right next to Publix. It’s pretty small but you can find a bit of everything with the same awesome Publix savings. We bought a bottle of rum that was on sale with a $6 discount. If you’re in a rush and go during a busier time there might be a bit of a line but nothing a little bit of patience for the hard working staff can’t fix :) Also, super convenient location to go after doing some grocery shopping at Publix.”

“Every staff member I encountered was notably helpful and courteous, except for one Jamaican woman. While a couple of staff members were busy assisting other customers, a team member radioed in for more assistance. The Jamaican woman emerged from what appeared to be a staff lounge, walked behind the photo counter with body language that I perceived as unwelcoming and annoyed. When I conveyed our needs, she instructed us to wait for another staff member, then walked away without communicating this to the person she indicated. Rudeness, whether through words or body language, is easily noticeable. The Jamaican staff member demonstrated a clear lack of customer service.”

“I was struggling in a huge way to get Medicare part B approval for my Dexcom G7 sensors... 7 weeks of back and forth by myself and others, and still nothing. I was paying out of pocket so that I could monitor my blood Sugar level. Aimee Tague stepped in and took control. I don't know how many calls she made on my behalf, but I know it was a great deal more than 1. The other techs told me that if anyone could get it done, it was her. They were correct!! “Five stars for Brandon who went above and beyond to help me figure something out in the pharmacy! He was polite, willing to help with no hesitation. Didn't catch the other guys name who is not a pharmacist but his attitude and behavior towards me needs a management session and perhaps some time off, he was rude, never smiled once, bad attitude and just left me very upset. What he said couldn't be done, Brandon did and finished the transaction. He deserves a raise for excellent customer service”
