“Labs were effortless from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, fast and efficient. My lab tech was very personable and made me at ease. I am disabled, have severe anxiety and am agoraphobic. They usually have trouble finding a good vein but this guy was able to get one in my arm vs my hand, first try without ANY light headedness or pain, even no prick! My results were text to me as soon as they were done! I was able to Google what the results mean. Until my appointment with my doctor. I'm starting to take the supplements needed and eat the foods suggested for the deficiencies I have. Excellent experience. I see unfortunately they're relocating to another facility. This makes it very inconvenient to have labs done from now on since I will now have to make arrangements to get a ride to another location from now on besides the Dr. Luckily they're ordered only once a year. Still, Dr offices should have an on site lab for blood work to be done. I was lucky to have it done before they moved.”

“I was really surprised to see these reviews, it’s insane to me how little people care about our essential workers. Ive gone to this lab twice in the last few months with my grandma and each time the nurse Monica is BY HERSELF and clearly doing her best to remain attentive and kind to her patients. My grandma genuinely loves going to her even tho the Plant City office isn’t the closest one to us, she insists. I’ve experienced the wait times that these people are mentioning and not once have I wanted to blame the nurse. These people should be ashamed of themselves!!”
