“The owner of this store need to be proud of the store employer september - she is a professional , empathetic and is an amazing employee - we went for a blood test from an external vendor test kit for a 6 year old kid (just an fyi: we encountered a horrible experience from another any lab test now from wesley chapel, where we had a worst experience with that employee , she was not only rude and unprofessional but un empathetic)So we had to run to the brandon store as the store names match. Here fortunately we had an exact opposite reaction after the way september dealt with us. We are so happy the way we are returning now with our kid. Thank you so very much september you are an amazing worker and keep doing your good job. The world runs with such good and great people who puts their soul in the work they do and behave with customers. If i were the store owner i would have appreciated and given her a big bonus for the upcoming holidays.”

“It's 2024 and everyone should be making appointments or ordering their stuff ahead of time to save themselves a wait. With that being said, I really expected with an appointment I'd be in & out within 30 minutes. Per appointment directions I arrived 15 minutes early, but took 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was called back (50 minute total wait).The lab tech was very nice and professional, but had some technical difficulty and ended up having to manually write out my lab form and label (their software did not allow for them to reprint labels).Overall, the place isn't bad. The staff were very nice and professional. Labs typically have very minimal staffing so I can't blame the wait time on them; it seems they are working as quickly as they can. I chalk it up to the way the company operates. I have been to other labs that have you in and out within 15 mins of your appointment time, and prioritize every appointment before walk-ins. If I had the option, I would have gone elsewhere, but this was for school and LabCorp was the only option. I am by no means upset with my experience. 1 star deduction for the lack of seating--we are past COVID and social distancing, can we have more seats please?! I walked into a full house with no seats available!”
