“I was surprised to see the negative reviews so I thought s good review will help show both sides. I've used this facility many times and it has always been a good experience. This time around was not different. I've been working with my care team to help prepare for an upcoming minor surgery. At the last minute during my final pre-op - they decided my labs on file were too old and I needed this surgery so we're not going to proceed as planned. I immediately logged into my handy dandy LabCorp app. I could've gotten in immediately but instead I quickly grabbed the next early morning slot. I arrived around 7:10 and used the kiosk to sign in and wait. Less than 5 minutes later I was called back. Teresa was my phlebotomist and she was excellent! I hardly felt the needle and my veins are usually not cooperating. Teresa was nice, quick and competent! So parking was good, checkout was fast and I'd definitely be back! I was back in my car headed home by 7:38!”
