“I love this hotel . Very clean. The last who checked us in on arrival was so kind and friendly. I forgot her name. She has a Caribbean accent and natural curly hair. She was always friendly. The lady that took over from her was not so friendly. Even when I asked about the laundry service that was not working she was very dismissive. Tone was not nice and didn't want to be botheredRooms: Bed was nice and comfy”

“Our stay at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale Plantation was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel rooms. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and provided a relaxing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.The staff at the Sheraton Suites were exceptional, particularly the gentleman who served in the lounge area. Despite his long shift hours, he was always friendly, eager to assist, and maintained impeccable cleanliness standards. His attentive service truly enhanced our stay and made us feel welcome throughout our time at the hotel.The location of the Sheraton Suites is also a major plus. With plenty of dining options, a spa, and retail shopping nearby, there was never a shortage of things to do. We especially enjoyed spending time in the seating area out front by the fountain, where we could relax with a bottle of wine and enjoy the pleasant Florida breeze.Additionally, the rooftop pool, gym, and sauna were wonderful amenities that added to our overall enjoyment of the hotel. The rooftop setting provided stunning views, and we took full advantage of the facilities during our stay.Overall, our experience at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale Plantation was exceptional. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff, convenient location, and great amenities make it a top choice for anyone visiting the area.”

“Very beautiful place. Silly that they charge for parking. Seems petty as there is ample parking there. Beds were super comfortable. Shower was good. Love the Aveda products. We did not eat there so I can't comment on food. We stayed here while seeing a show at the Hard Rock. Easy driving distance without being too far from the casino. Didn't want to pay to stay at the Hard Rock since prices were astronomical. I would stay here again for sure.”

“The manager was such a nice guy & was kind enough to complimentary upgrade my room from standard guest to a suite which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is near a lot of landmarks for dining and shopping which is really nice I like how the hotel is in the cut.”
