I came in needing a notary for some urgent documents, and I was AMAZED to learn they also offer apostille services right there on the spot. I was fully prepared to travel to Tallahassee after notarizing the document just to get the apostille done, but thanks to Laura, I didn’t have to. She took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made what I thought would be a stressful situation quick and efficient. Mailtime saved me so much time and energy… I can’t recommend them enough!”

“This 5-star review is for Jose. He had made the experience of dropping off my packages for my etsy shop actually bareable. I've dropped off my packages to many other USPS locations some closer to where I live and some farther away and almost 100% of those experiences have either been unwelcoming or have left me feeling stupid for asking simple questions about the tracking on one of my packages that was sent(Miami Gardens location). I honestly feel like Jose should be used as an example for how to interact with the public let alone people conducting business with this establishment. Anyways. This is my favorite USPS location because of him and hopefully he gets recognition for it.”

I do like the staff usually, but feel like they are stretched too thin and that can be exhausting for them and the patrons. The self help machine doesn't always function properly. The location is great and generally easy to find parking.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ms. Shelby and Joe at the Coral Ridge USPS in Fort Lauderdale. They are genuinely two of the kindest human beings, and they deserve to be recognized for the service they provide every single day.
I visit USPS often to drop off my packages, and no matter how busy things may get, Shelby and Joe always take the time to greet me, help me as quickly and efficiently as they can, and still provide wonderful customer service.
I’ve seen some of the negative reviews for this location, and I think sometimes we forget that the people behind the counter are human beings too. They are federal workers who show up every day and serve hundreds of people, often while dealing with long lines, busy days, and customers who may not always extend the same patience or kindness they expect to receive.
This will always be my GO TO USPS location because of people like Mrs. Shelby and Joe. 🤍
Get to know your postal workers, your cashiers, your baristas, and the people you see regularly in the places you frequent. Say hello. Learn their names. Be kind. It makes such a difference.

“I rarely go to the post office, so everything about shipping is unknown to me. I asked the first employee about the process of shipping a very small item; she pointed towards a wall, and I think made a sound that matched her not so happy demeanor. Another CUSTOMER, who was very familiar with the process; helped me with just a few sentences AND a smile on his face. I headed to check out and was THRILLED to find another employee, Angela!! She was patient, pleasant and GENUINELY happy to offer FABULOUS customer service!!! Thanks so much Angela!! I am grateful for your kindness! Keep up your good works! the five stars are for YOU!!!!”

“Very easy access. I mailed the letter in 15 seconds. The cost of postage is ridiculously low and mostly efficient. I sent hard copy paperwork across Broward county for 75 cents. I can't even start up my car for that never mind the our round trip to do it”

Both Gladys and John Are absolute sweethearts. The place is always immaculate and they are both very efficient.
Every time I have come for a package delivery, they always go above and beyond in fulfilling our companies needs.
I do understand about the Unusual longer than average lunch hour. As they have explained it to me, they are a one to two main crew and the USPS main office does not support this smaller office.

“I have been using this USPS location for almost two years. When I first started shipping here, I left a negative review because some of my customers received damaged packages. Looking back, I realize that it wasn’t the fault of this post office.
After almost two years of coming here regularly, I can honestly say that the staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Customers were understandably frustrated by the wait, but he remained kind, patient, and respectful with everyone while making a clear effort to keep the line moving efficiently.
